I was told that it was delivered....it clearly wasn't as I hadn't received it. I was then asked if I had a child since the driver said a kid answered the door and took the food. I proceeded to tell them that I do not have a child and that they must have delivered the chicken to the wrong address. I was told, drivers make mistakes but that they have done everything and there's nothing else to be done! I paid for food, for the wrong order and they sent food to someone else and basically blamed me. They were not even apologetic, didn't offer a credit or to send it out again. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Never again! When you have a good experience you tell one person, when you have a bad experience you tell 20 and post on social media to warn future consumers.
