It would be nice if they added some kind of soundproofing or noise-reduction panels. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is excellent, but the loud atmosphere takes away from the experience a bit. As for the food--everything was excellent. I had the salmon, and my partner ordered the 1855 Black Angus, which literally melted in your mouth. It was incredibly soft and juicy--spectacular.
