I asked them to send the chicken sticks. An hour an fifteen minutes later, nothing. Called back and was told the driver left 10 minutes after the initial call. Now the initial order came in 30 minutes yet this mistake took over an hour. Another 45 minutes go by (2 hours after the mix up) and I told them I never received my chicken. I was told that it was delivered....it clearly wasn't as I hadn't received it. I was then asked if I had a child since the driver said a kid answered the door and took the food. I proceeded to tell them that I do not have a child and that they must have delivered the chicken to the wrong address. I was told, drivers make mistakes but that they have done everything and there's nothing else to be done! I paid for food, for the wrong order and they sent food to someone else and basically blamed me. They were not even apologetic, didn't offer a credit or to send it out again. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Never again! When you have a good experience you tell one person, when you have a bad experience you tell 20 and post on social media to warn future consumers.
