Pacifico - chips & salsa - The image shows a marble table with a basket of tortilla chips lined with checkered paper, a small bowl of red salsa, a large glass mug of margarita with lime slices, and a small pitcher of additional salsa. The background features a cushioned booth with black tufted upholstery and a light-colored wall.

Yup, that's right, 5 stars. 5 stars for Vermont Mexican food. They've done a great job setting up the place and the service I received was excellent. Locals need to support this place and keep it around. Nice to also have some Mexican beer options on draft, rather than ipa this and that like every other VT restaurant serves. Food was good. Good enough to couple with the service to give 5 stars. Hope you guys do well and stick around.

Camarones Al chipotle (chipotle shrimp) - A plate of Mexican food includes seasoned rice, cooked shrimp in sauce, and a small side salad with shredded lettuce and pico de gallo. A foil-wrapped item is also on the plate. The table has a margarita with lime slices, a partially empty beer glass, and various condiments and dishes, indicating a lively dining setting.

A great spot for Americanized Mexican cuisine. Large menu with lots of dishes to choose from, lively atmosphere inside. Free chips and salsa for the table as well My family and I enjoyed our meal at Casa Grande

Lighting - A decorative installation features numerous white flowers arranged on branches, with small hanging lights that resemble candles, creating a soft, ambient lighting effect. The background shows a dark ceiling with ceiling panels and a recessed light.

Very mediocre, inauthentic "Mexican" food. The service is very friendly and quick, though. The portions are huge, too big in fact.

Food just slopped together, not a true Mexican or TexMex experience. Grew up near Old Town San Diego, so I have pretty high standards.

Williston was sorely lacking Mexican food, but that goes for all of Chittenden county as well.

Oddly enough, I am visiting in Burlington and nothing is really open late, so I went to chilis two nights in a row after work because nothing else was open. The first time, service, food and drinks were fine. Second night, we sit down, customer service is great, drinks come out, we get maybe two sips before one of the servers comes out in a panic saying that there's an electrical fire in the kitchen and everyone needs to evacuate asap!! Everyone goes outside and waits for the fire dept. the fire dept comes but they don't clear the fire. An employee (whom I thought was the manager because he was making announcements) says that they're probably going to have to close for the night and he apologies. This is after waiting 15 to 20 mins outside. He tells me that he'll give a $25 gift card for the inconvenience and to just call or come back by. I called but no answer. I come by today and explain all of this to the hostess who then offers to get the MOD. LOU comes out and just stands at the host stand like a jackazz. No hello or anything so I assume he's just there looking for something. He literally SAYS NOTHING TO ME but is shuffling through menus. I ask him if he's the manager, he says "YEA" with a terrible attitude but says nothing else. I ask if the young lady told him what happened or if u should start from the beginning. He says, "she said you want a gift card" -- again with a nasty attitude. I then smile to suppress my complete irritation because he's being a jerk for no reason. I explained the situation again and before I could finish he cuts me off and says "I can give you a $5 gift card. Two of them." I'm like, are you okay? Do these come out of your check? It's a lot of huffing and puffing and disgusting looks for no reason. Anyway... I left the $5 gift card on the counter and told him to have a nice day. If you hate your job, Lou... quit! Also, Chili's needs to do some random drug and alcohol screening... Lou doesn't seem well.

My neighbors & I are woken by blaring contemporary music. I'm not a fan but let's be honest it's probably not considered the most banging music of all time. The car will be on its way soon & I can go back to sleep. Right? Nope! The music continues blaring, so I'm up now. I see a text from my neighbor. He's pretty unhappy and reports the music is coming from a food truck. One of the gentlemen in my building went outside to investigate where the music was coming from & discovered it's the El Gato Cantina food truck bumping his music from a sub. He says a guy working in the truck told him to eff-off. I guess contemporary music can be banging cuz it's certainly rocking my bedroom windows. And the people who vibe out to it aren't calm sweet souls. It's pouring rain, I get my dog suited up & we head outside for a morning wee. Upon walking outside I realize just how loud this sound system is & I decide to kindly ask them to turn down the music. Maybe a female will get a different response. I knock on the open front door. There's a man holding a broom. I ask "Can u plz turn that down, it's not even 9AM sir" This rude entitled jerk waves his hand at me as if I'm a gnat, and responds. " yeah yeah, get the F out of here." I respond with, "sir This is our neighborhood and you woke many of us up can u plz turn it down." I walked away. I have no desire to hang around to see what other profanity he's planning to throw my way. I waited a good 10 minutes or so and when the music kept blaring, I stood in front of his truck and called SAPD. He turned it down before the cruiser got there. But seriously? This is how your business treats our community? You expect us to want anything to do with your business? Honestly, stay in Burlington/Essex with that nonsense. Saint Albans at 7:30 AM on a Saturday morning is not the place for you. This business is not in it to serve our community. I highly recommend giving this food truck a pass.
