    Wall to wall cigars!!! HEAVEN
    Ben M.

CDM is by far the BEST cigar shop in Houston TX.... The selection of cigars is vast and well stocked with wall to wall cigar paraphernalia. The customer service is first rate to say the least and the staff was very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a cigar shop then look no further because CDM is the place for everything CIGARS. So let it be written... So let it be SMOKED!!

We visited here a few times during our stay in Houston, definitely aist visit again. Large walk-in humidor, something for every pallet. The men working at the lounge were very helpful, casual, and patient. They made us feel like we were members, great conversations and recommendations. The non-members lounge had a nice layout, spacious, the seats were very comfortable. I peaked in the members only lounge, yesssss very nice. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Yes I'm a fan. I don't generally give five stars. Okay parking - yes parking is good not a problem, every time I go regardless of the time I can find a spot. Service - great, these guys know their cigars and the selection is large and excellent. Pricing - I have a visited may cigar shops and they are in line with others I have visited. I typically get mine on line you can save a lot of money. Atmosphere - great atmosphere there are multiple ares you can light up. They have a membership as well that will give you 10% your puchchase if you join. Additionally they are typically running some kind of special buy 3 get one free. I did buy a membership which allows you 24/7 365 days a year access to the priviate smoking area. This area is perfect, TV's, large leather chairs, board game should you choose and BYOB that you can keep in the locker that comes with the membership. I personally keep a bottle of vodka. Ice and cups are provided. There are I believe three types of memberships the one with this access is $1k for a year. I stop in once sometimes twice a week after work to have a smoke. It is never crowded, many times I'm by myself or one maybe two other people relaxin having a smoke.

First time here so I wasn't sure what to expect. One of the Catadors was walking in with boxes but he still held the door open for me. I was well taken care off even though I explained to the salesman I'm new to cigars. I told him what I was looking for and his recommendations were spot on, even on the cigar cutter he sold me. I'm a newbie to cigars but still I was able to smoke both cigars and enjoy my Johnny Drum bourbon without feeling sick. Definitely will come back. I wish I new the salesman's name to give him a shout out. I was there around 5:30pm 11/9/22. I will be back for sure. Thank you Casa de Montecristo!

Awesome place to go to have a cigar and buy a few as well! Wide variety and very knowledgeable staff!

It's not Serious Cigar's fault that the cigar vibe in H-Town is a flop, so I can't blame them for going with the flow. See, I'm from Cigar City, FL., a place that was once the cigar capital of the entire world. A place jam-packed with cigar shops and cigar lounges, and none of them are as boring as what I discovered in Houston. The atmosphere of cigar lounges here is a kin to a public library with people talking softly, reading books, wearing ear buds and with the televisions almost muted. Oh, and no libations??? The whole concept was foreign to me. Cigar lounges are supposed to be happening places to have fun, grab a whiskey (or beer) to pair up with your stogie and enjoy your smoke like you freakin' have a pair. But once you understand the difference in cigar culture here, step back and look at the shop for what and where it is, it's pretty good--hence the 4 star. Knowledgeable staff, expansive selection (smokes & accessories) and plenty of places to chill and enjoy your cigar. La Chica was hung over in the worst of ways, so it actually benefited her that the place was so placid. She plopped down in one of those comfy Montecristo chairs and made a full recovery by the time I finished my Texas Yellow Rose.

We were seated as soon as we got there and the vibe was great. I loved all the Greek paintings on the walls. Music was great. I loved all the photo opp places as well. The egg rolls were alright, it's kinda hard to mess up an egg roll. The drinks were definitely overpriced. The Birkin Pu$$y was just a plain lemon drop with a mini purse attached. The Polaroid drink was hella sweet, I couldn't even taste alcohol. We knew going into it that she drinks we wanted were going to be pricey due to the added novelty items but the drinks themselves fell short. Once we got there and got seated I ordered my drink because I knew what I wanted. I asked the waitress to come back when my husband got out of the restroom. She walked by us several times to go in and out of the patio area. They got a little busy but nothing crazy. After the manager saw us staring her down every time she walked by he came over and took our order and apologized for the wait. But after we got our other drink and food we had to wait to get someone's attention again just to check out. We liked the music and vibes but the service wasn't great and price was just ok for the novelty. I'm happy we went because we had been wanting to but won't be making another trip.

The fancy dinner spot we went to let us down with bad music and horrible drinks and this spot made the night so much better. I got on Yelp and found Atlas which was a short drive from where we are. It is in a big strip of businesses that share a parking lot. This particular place offers valet but there is plenty of parking a short distance from the front. Customer service was cool. Our waitress checked in on us frequently and was really nice. It was karaoke night so there was a lively DJ that kept the crowd interested. It was a weeknight so we knew the late hour crowds were going to be light. The bar across from here had zero customers and were trying to get people in. Atlas on the other hand had a small, but lively crowd. The first thing that stood out to me was the large patio. It had alot of seating with a huge screen playing basketball. I would totally come back just for the patio on a gameday. Inside was a small space with a bar in the middle and a DJ booth off to the side. I will say the booths were super tight and was snug for the guys in the group. Our petite ladies fit in but felt it was a little restricting. The younger crowd around the lounge were sitting on top of the seats. I guess that's what the cool kids do. After paying outrageous prices for mediocre drinks at dinner, this place was very refreshing with good drink specials and drinks that were properly made. I took advantage of the gin and tonic special they had that night. The drinks came out in cool, light up glasses. We didn't stay super long but enjoyed the time we were there. Drinks were good and we got to shake our booties a little. I don't frequent alot of clubs or lounges these days, but I wouldn't rule out coming here again.

The inside seating is nice and cozy with good music and the patio/rooftop is very nice. The cocktail menu has some variation for most palettes and are all reasonably priced. My friend ordered the Lavender Cucumber Collin's. This drink didn't really put the lavender on the forefront which lead to it getting lost by the cucumber, same for the crème de violets, absent. The drink was overall refreshing and tasty to her standards. She let me know it was quite strong also, which she prefers. She also ordered the kale Caesar and really enjoyed it. It was perfectly sauced to her liking. Service was okay. Looks like there was only 2 people working for a midday shift around 2 o clock. But no complaints. Salad and drinks came out pretty quickly.
