I expected a tough table to get on a Saturday night without a reservation but we got seated right away. Nice table, middle of the action and all. We treated ourselves a good variety. The mixed salad was great, especially given the uncharacteristic combination of mango, mache lettuce, avocado, etc. Couldn't say no to the fried artichokes but I will say the Romans tend to do this a bit better. The cod loin was incredible. And my favorites were reserved for the fried anchovies (could've happily had 2 servings of that) as well as the fried dogfish nuggs. The latter was a revelation - so succulent fish on the inside with a flavorful ungreasy crust on the outside - just superb. Service was quick, we loved all of it. read more
