Although I believe cerda means pork it was a slow roasted beef with a brown gravy sauce over potatoes. The beef was moist and the sauce was delicious. Note: they do charge for the bread you eat on the table. We decided to pass on dessert. They were a little overwhelmed with the amount of people that were in the restaurant with only two waitresses. My suggestion would be to try another spot or keep your expectations low.
