2 hours for a scheduled oil change. lack of customer service, doesn't seem like anyone cares. I won't be using them again.

Got along great with the salesman, Cecil. He was a great guy, got along with him well. He walked us around the lot showing us cars. I told him what I wanted to spend on a car. We found one that we liked and Cecil said that it was $22,500 and that with our trade that it would be in the price range that I told him. We went to see the manager Isaac. The manager printed out a paper with the figures. This had that the car was $26,900. At the time we didn't notice the change in figures. However, the price was way out of my range. Of course the manager kept lowering the price when I told him that I was going to think about it over night, pouring on the pressure. He even brought out a "Only tonight" offer but I told them I had to think on it. When we got home and looked at the car online and it was $22,500 and then we remembered that Cecil told us it was $22,500. Anyway, good thing we walked away. Cecil even had the nerve to text us to tell us the price dropped to $22,600. Which was still $100 higher. BUYERS BEWARE! read more

Casa has gone into a new mode of "we don't provide service, we don't want customers, we absolutely will not call you back on service or sales, we think you are not worth our time." My car has been in for service for four days. Best I can tell they drove it to duplicate my stated issue and nothing else. Over 25 calls to Casa, all of which went to an automated system. It's been nothing short of a nightmare dealing with casa. I bought a 2026 F150 and traded in my super duty 3-14. The wheels they put on it were rubbing more than we noticed on the fast test drive. I was having to make a 3 point turn to get it out of the culdesac. We gave them a call to see what they could do and they said to bring it in early Saturday. We live over 45 minutes away keep in mind. We did and they said they couldn't do anything that day but they could give me a free tank of gas and a wash. We were there for 3 hours. Got my truck back and they didn't even clean the inside. We give them a call again to make a time to drop it off and get a loaner car. A hair over a week later it was ready for pick up. Cool. Still sort of rubs but whatever. Then my bank reaches out to me to tell me I'm delinquent on my super duty. They never received payment for my trade in truck. Also my temps are now expired because of this. No one will return my calls. I've left countless voicemails and talked to finance who seemed to have no idea what they are doing. They're giving me the run around. The manager we dealt with no longer works there and the salesguy is also getting the run around. Just pay off my truck!!!!! Casa Autoplex - They didn't pay off my trade in - Car Dealers Near Me - Las Cruces, New Mexico

Casa Autoplex and AutoGroup is the absolute worst company you could do business with. For the love of God, the service is so bad, but the way they treat their employees is even worse. It's almost unbelievable. My vehicle was in there for service several times, with both their Hyundai and Ford service departments. I've received my vehicle back with a broken windshield, that it didn't have before it was dropped off for service at the Hyundai department. I had to fight to get them to fix it for me. The Ford Service Department is even worse. They took 3 months to get my Radio fixed, even though they knew the issue the day after they had it. I literally had to call 5 times a day there at the end, to get anything done or moving. Even then, I had to take a personal trip into town to see them. I live out of town, which made that super inconvenient. No rental, no loaner, 3 months with no follow ups. The management is incompetent. The HR woman Angel, yelled at an employee in front of the whole service department, for asking about FMLA for their sick Grandmother. The HR person. Great job at keeping things sooo confidential, even the customers could hear her! This place is a joke. The way they treat their employees and their customers is absolutely disgusting. If you seek a company who actually cares about people, don't take your vehicles here. Home of the nice guys? Yeah right. -5/10 don't recommend. I purchased a car at Casa Auto plex and received an excellent car, within a month my car was hit by someone running a red light and was declared a total loss with no fault by my insurance. When I went back to them to get a replacement..was told only if you pay cash...sucker punch after your car is totalled. read more

This place is an absolute joke and they must think that people are stupid or maybe they take a lot of New Mexicans that are stupid- the bad thing is is they tell you one thing and all of a sudden it's something else dealt with two different finance managers one of them Jasmine and another one named Jeff, dealt with a sales manager named Robert Gillam and he said one thing and did another....somehow these guys think that they can add $900 for some paint protection that they tell you they put on the car but it's actually a small little box that's probably worth 20 bucks- then they try to tell you some GPS safety insecurity feature for $500 that the car already comes with it should be provided with the maker of the auto, and then for some reason, they need to give you a book of coupons and call it loyalty appreciation for another $400 that's after the sales tax title in license. I don't know if they really thought I was that dumb, but I'm glad I walked out of there not making a deal with these incompetent individuals. And somehow you asked for the general sales manager, and as much as they tried to deter it, you still can't get the information but these are the nice guys.? Body shop worst in town, Avoid at All Cost!! Stay Away! Worst Customer Service Ever I initiated repairs on my car with this body shop on April 29. Weeks went by with no updates. After requesting a refund on May 15, I was suddenly told the parts would arrive by May 21. Despite this, I didn't hear back until May 23, and was given an appointment for June 10. After dropping off my car on June 3, I was told it would take 7-10 days. My insurance was informed the car would be ready by June 14, so I returned my rental. The 14th came and went with no car. I was repeatedly told it would be ready "tomorrow" - on June 17, June 20, and June 24. Each promise was broken. This shop's process is unbearably slow, their communication is non-existent, and their promised completion times are false. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life - and I've had an airline lose my luggage for two weeks on an international trip. Avoid this business at all costs. I wish I could give 0 stars. I can only imagine what purchasing a vehicle from them can entail. Go literally anywhere else. read more

The maintenance department is horrible and dishonest. We took our Odyssey several times for repairs. Despite fixing several things and spending thousands of dollars, the problem was never fixed. After one of the repairs, we had to go back so they could put the parts back in that were left in the cargo area of the car. The warning lights that were repaired came on hours before we planned on trading in the vehicle. I stopped by to see what they could do. They said they would try to work with us in refunding the money we spent for repairs, but never even looked at the vehicle. Now they are lying and saying we wouldn't allow them to, and are refusing to make their mistakes right. I recommend staying away at all costs if you value your vehicle and money. read more
