First time going in for service. Staff was helpful and courteous. Facility was nice and well lit. Customers get complimentary coffee and free WiFi. Got the job done sooner than I expected. read more

I'd leave zero stars if I could. This fools are awful in very possible way. They made buying a $25,000 car with cash so very difficult and lied to me repeatedly. They agreed to deliver the car with 4 new tires, after about 6 months my mechanic informed me they were dangerously bald and that they were not new, but in fact the original 2018 tires (I bought it in 2021). They lied about several other things including letting me drive 1 hour to see the car and when I got there they told me they couldn't get me keys to get in it or drive it. Every inch of this transaction was difficult, fully of lies, unreturned calls, and absolute ineptitude. I don't know why Honda would allow their name to be on this mess of a place. I'm surprised by the negative reviews because based on my experience with Borman Honda, I think they've done a good job. Buying our 2018 CRV from them was quite tedious and took much longer than I think it should. However, we've been happy with the car and the service. I want to thank Paige in sales who just yesterday helped me pair my new Samsung phone with the car radio through Bluetooth. She was most helpful and it only took about 5 minutes. All in all, I've never had any serious problems with the folks at Borman. read more

I don't complain much and when I do I try to do so directly to those I had dealings with. I have done so with the Service Department at Borman Honda an am still not satisfied. My CRV was in for service because a strange grinding noise was coming from the left front tire area. The vehicle has less than 20,000 miles and is still under warranty. After having the vehicle all day, and making no contact with us we called to see what was going on. We were told the vehicle was just then (after 3 pm - they have it since 8 am) being test driven. At 4:30 WE called again and we're told the vehicle past all test and they found no problem. We went to pick it up and guess what, THE NOISE WAS STILL THERE! We left the car over night and once again never got a call to let us know what they found! WE HAD TO INITIATE CONTACT EACH TIME. To shorten the story the vehicle needed a strut which had to be ordered. that was replaced. Then they found a cracked bushing in the control arms assembly. Part had to be ordered. The 4 th of July weekend happened so we couldn't take it in once the part arrived. Repair was done and vehicle still has the original noise. The problem remains. ARRRG. This all took place from 6/27/2022 - 7/11/2022. I have written a letter and the response is you can bring the vehicle in and we will look it over again. After taking the vehicle to an independent who has worked on vehicles for over 36 years, we find the problem is with the rotors. It will continue to be a problem about every10,000 miles. In my opinion the the entire brake system needs to be replaced. Needless to say I am not comfortable driving the car as is (remember, nothing was originally found wrong). Also it we try to trade car in /or sell the noise is going to be a problem and we will not get a good offer. I am totally disgusted with this service department. read more

I have to say that if your Honda needs to have service. Go someplace else. I took my 2018 Pilot for a recall and oil change and tire rotation. First, they add 10,000 to my odometer reading. I have an extend warranty on this vehicle. That mistake shows it was 17,000 miles between oil changes and that would null the warranty. They did update the computer and paperwork. The only good thing is I caught it. Second, Tire rotation. I knew the tires needed air in them. When the car was ready. I checked TPS on the dash and the tires needed air. I check them with my pressure gage and was confirmed. I bought it to the attention of the service advisor and some overweight woman at the far end of the service department said in a loud voice that my pressure gage to be calibrated. No one was even talking to her. Like I said. Go somewhere else. I know it's my last time. read more

This is by far the worst service department I have ever used. I actually no longer have the car they serviced due to the frustration and incompetence of the adjuster. It is worth the drive to Rudolf in El Paso for Honda Service. read more

I bought my honda van for an oil change and a tire rotate appointment. I drop of the car at 9am and pick up my van 4pm. I drive my van home and find out the tech didnt not rotate my tires at all. The tech just dress up the tires to look like the tech did the job. I call my advisor Joseph and told him the problem. His excuse was the it was the tech last day working for Borman Honda. What shit excuse was that. I take my business somewhere else that do an honest job. I give Borman Honda none star. read more

I have a 2019 Honda that I bought via a car buying service and they sent me to El Paso. Which I'm glad they did. I stopped at Borman to get some help syncing my Iphone and setting up Honda play. I went during the week and Borman's was not busy, the first salesman I spoke to sent me to there " Phone specialist" salesman after I explained what I needed. The second salesman actually told me after I explained I bought the vehicle somewhere else via a car buying service "I just sell cars, I don't set up the phones afterwards". So I went to the service dept and a tech did tell me basically how to set up the phone. But according to Honda, tech support is suppose to be throughout the dealers..Not True here. I called where I bought the vehicle and my salesman said sure bring it down I'll set it up for you... I'll take my vehicle to El Paso for any service needed. Avoid this dealership, no customer service at all. read more
