They hadn't even bothered googling the address and claimed to not realize it was a bigger house despite the address being a recent sale with all the listing info still available on every search you could do. I also put that it was a 5 bedroom in the quote request. They also then claimed there was a lot of trash (again this is a move in cleaning, so there normally is). Would not use again. GIant waste of time.
