The dough was perfect - soft and pillowy. The crème brûlée top made for a fun eating experience as the thin hard sugar had a satisfying crunch. The spinach puff was also delicious. Flaky pastry and cheesy filling - very comforting. The stars of the show were the drinks. The coffee was superb - balanced, smooth, and rich in flavor. While I didn't find the ube flavor to stand out, the ube espresso drink was still one of my favorite coffee drinks I've had. The floors seemed rather dirty and the boxes they were pre-assembling at one point were on the floor prior to being put in a larger box. It was a busy day, however, this experience was incredibly disappointing and overall store volume and pre-orders should be managed better.
