Everything went very well. Your price was $400 lower than Carmax's, but your website for conducting a sale was quite usable and theirs was awful. It made a difference. Alex is an excellent representative for your company. He answered all questions, was very polite, and moved the process along efficiently. Next time I have a vehicle to sell I will definitely come back to Carvana. read more

From the beginning the process was easy. The gentleman who helped us at the Carvana location was excellent.

I honestly would never have believed how amazingly fast the Carvana process is for selling them a car!!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Carvana and they delivered it on time as promised and took care of all paperwork for transfer, registration, and trade-in at that time without issue. After driving a couple of days, I noticed that the car had a rattle in the right front when traveling on a rough road or hitting even a small bump (sewer cover). I took it to the local Firestone dealer as directed and they discovered a broken shock strut. the 100-day warranty states a $100 deductible for any repair. Without argument they covered the entire repair bill. Thank you Carvana! read more

This was so easy. The price was competitive, a truck came to my house and I had a deposit the next day. I will certainly do this again!

Car definitely needs all new rotors and an alignment but their warranty company states that it's not a safety issue so they won't pay to get it fixed. This was an exchange from a previous vehicle that had even worse problems, so if I exchanged again, I would be stuck with the next vehicle regardless of any issues, so I decided to keep this one. But I am not thrilled that I'm going to be out almost $2,000.00 for the repairs that SilverRock won't authorize and pay. Beware of the "100 day warranty" read more

Simple as eating a slice of apple pie. Was very impressed at the simplicity of it all. The price they gave for my car was awesome.

Please read before you buy! Purchased in the past 7 days! My Carvana purchase process was awful to say the least If I could give a negative 10 for customer service I would! Worst experience EVER! And this was during my initial 7 day money back guarantee! Purchase a car from a dealership that offers a covered warranty you can count own That's not the provider of Carvana's car coverage plans They could not complete my request within the 7 day no hassle process I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone to purchase a car from Carvana EVER! The No hassle policy is not CORRECT ! The warranty company they use is not very helpful Extremely hard to contact and LEAVE you on hold for HOURS to make claims (that most likely is not going be covered from an In-Network provider claim anyway) Rethink your purchase if you expect GOOD SOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! And a quality vehicle! Let's not even talk about the exchange process Just don't do it!!!!!!!! read more

The process of buying a vehicle couldn't have been better! I compared many options for a couple of weeks... then the right vehicle with the right price showed up. Actually there were several to choose from. I prequalified and was able to estimate my payments based on down payment and when it came to purchasing, the process only took about 30 minutes to order, confirm my info and schedule my free delivery. No haggling, up-charging or up-selling and no negotiation tactics from a sales manager. Got my vehicle a few days later and it was exactly what the doctor ordered! I had 7 days to return it with no questions asked and it's got a 3ish month warranty as well. Just be thorough about looking over the vehicle and how it drives and functions. My only dislike is the service agreement partner they work with during the warranty period doesn't give you the option of working with dealer/manufacturer repair shops. Something to consider but not a deal breaker. Overall I'll never buy from a dealer again. read more

I was very happy with the process. The car associate was prompt and professional. I tried to fill out the original questionnaire as fully as possible and received the quoted price for my car. And to add icing to the cake, they gave me the best dealership price compared to everywhere else that I had checked. read more

Carvana makes it so easy to sell a car; they also provide a competitive price. This is the second time we've done business with them and will not hesitate to do it again. The entire process and their representatives are great! read more

A+ transaction. Pleasure doing business. The overall experience was professional and easy. Out the door in less than half an hour.

The car should not have been delivered to me with two extremely obvious issues (excluding a third issue that is not as obvious): a cracked windshield and a bad tire pressure sensor. Now I have to deal with your horrible contractor to get it repaired and waste my time and gas. The shop they recommended (by the way there are none within 45 minutes of my house) kept my car for 3 days and didn't even look at it. I finally picked it up and now I have to start over with another shop and probably pay a deductible (!!!) for something that was broken when I got the car, never mind being without my car for days and having to get rides. Everyone I talk to is hearing about what a bad experience I've had with Carvana. already lost you one customer that I know of. read more

Got my car in perfect shape, delivered right to my house! Super easy process they even do the plates no dmv work they came in 2 weeks before my temporary plates even expired. read more

I'm on the fence here; so far the entire experience has been very misleading for me. The car I purchased and had delivered was in far worse condition than advertised - the pictures of the interior didn't match, and the exterior had several scratches and flaws that weren't mentioned. The second day I had my car, the check engine light came on - after jumping through a few hoops, the repairs to get the vehicle road-worthy total around $4,000. To top it off, I am now one day past my 7 day return window. So now I'm hoping their insurance company will actually pay for the preexisting damages, or I'm out of luck. Customer service has been sketchy and misleading thus far, and the whole thing feels very shady. Hopefully they'll do the right thing and fix the car they sold me, otherwise this will be the worse customer service experience I've ever witnessed. read more

My experience with Carvana was definitely mixed. Overall the selection and application process was fairly easy. After that... it was downhill from there. It started with picking the car up from the local Carvana dealership. They told me I couldn't pick up my car until 7PM because they needed to detail the car. After sitting in the car for less than 60 seconds I immediately noticed the filth. Literally finger nail files, juice stains on the seats, cigarette ashes, the previous owner's medical records, and dirt could be found in the front and the back seats. They clearly didn't even bother picking up the trash or doing a light wipe down. The next day, I wanted to have full sunlight so I could perform a visual inspection of the outside. I noticed several major scratches on the lower fender that were definitely not called out in Carvana's "Conditions" photos or descriptions. I followed their process and filed a claim with SilverRock (their warranty partner). And that's when the foolishness really began. SilverRock is definitely a sketchy company. They denied my claim based off of a flagrant lie which was the "scrap is minor in nature and was disclosed throughout the car buying process." After I provided proof that the damage never disclosed because it was actually documented as being fixed... They then changed course and denied my appeal based on "We have reviewed the issue and determined that it fell within the standards of wear and tear that can come with the purchase of a used vehicle." I would have more than likely purchased the car anyway had Carvana been upfront, but the unnecessary lies and bad dealings of their preferred warranty partner has left a terrible taste in my mouth. If you don't need to... DO NOT BUY A CAR SIGHT UNSEEN. I have excellent credit and income, this is not the right kind of company for those with options. Proceed with caution. read more

Easy process and their price for the car I sold was the only place that gave me a fair price, well above competitors and way more than the dealership. They came to the house and picked up the vehicle with a check in hand. So easy! read more

great experience start to finish. would highly recommend. Efficient and professional.

I received a car Wednesday 1/21 at 5pm and it did not have a key. I reached out to Carvana who sent me to Silver Rock. I followed all of the procedures laid out by Silver Rock ice storm hit Richmond and I have not been able to get feedback from the dealer's service department where my claim sits. I contacted Carvana today (in the morning and they told me my window has expired for return. (Day 7 ends at 4:59pm today) I have a car with no key and no recourse. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM! read more

Ordered a vehicle and had it delivered on a Saturday. Very nice delivery driver and even met me at a different location than originally scheduled to be delivered to. However, the sunroof does not open all the way, the oil had not been changed, the AC does not work, and there is a crack and nick in the windshield. I love the car but feel like Carvana was not forthcoming about the problems with the car and it was not in the description when I purchased it. read more

I was disappointed with the condition in which I received the car. it was clearly not detailed with lots of stains and gunk on the upholstery and dashboard and the car smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes before I received it. Several cosmetic issues were not stated before the purchase, the most upsetting of which was my passenger fog light is knocked out of its socket. On a positive note, the process was very simple and easy to use. It took less than 10 mins to complete the purchase process and the delivery guys were very nice. I kept the car because mechanically I saw no issues yet, but cosmetic problems left much to be desired. read more

The individuals I spoke with at this location were friendly, so this is a review only of the entire car buying experience with Carvana. First, I was lead to believe that I could pick up the car next day, but after paying the deposit, the first available time was about a week later. Ok. Fine. Then I had to go to a physical bank to get a cashier's check and upload it to the app. After uploading, I realized that the bank had spelled Carvana wrong, so I went back in and got a correct check reissued. Didn't think anything of it until I got an email saying that my time to pickup the car had been cancelled because I didn't prove I had funds, presumably because there had been a new check issued. Ok, so probably my fault but not alot of explanation of the process and frustrating. So after having a hard time figuring out how to call someone, they basically said there was nothing they could do to keep my pickup time, I would need to re upload the new check and now the next available time to pick up the car was pushed into the next week. After re-uploading the check I got a 2nd person on the phone and they were much easier to deal with and actually set up a time for me to get the car sooner. I also want to note that I bought 2 cars at Carmax during the same time period and they had a very easy way to move funds from our bank account virtually and did not require running an errand to the bank. When I picked up the car it didn't take me long to realize they didn't clean the interior. Sticky handprints, french fries in the doors, every compartment was dirty and sticky. Used chap sticks, kids toys under seats, etc. I went and spent a few hours detailing it and it cleaned up decently well, but definitely took the excitement out of it. Furthermore, they won't sell to businesses, only individuals, so now I'm going to have to do alot more work once the title comes to get the car retitled in the business. This wasn't very clear or well communicated until after the process started. Very unlikely to return or refer. I guess its the type of experience you could expect if you were just buying a used car from a vending machine? read more

Update to my earlier post, Caravan said they would accept my original trade value as can be seen by the "advocate" so i thought good they are honoring the agreement. Then, no the next day they said they would not. So, I lost the shipping charge of $690 and the car was not shipped and they lied about why my offer dropped when all i did was update the payoff balance. I got the runaround. Stay away from these clowns as they all will tell you yes nd then renege on the deal. read more

I checked with local dealer about what would a trade in be worth. He told me $11,000. He also told me to check Carvana and CarFax. Carvana gave a firm quote of $16,800. I filled out the online forms and agreed to a paper check and $40 for them to take car. At 8 AM the next morning Carvana vehicle mover was in front of my house. A few inspections (5 min) I was given a check for $16760 ($40 house call fee) and they took the car. They also rechecked every nook and cranny to make sure I too all personal belongings out (I did miss a few). This couldn't be easier or faster by any other means. It was less the 18 hrs. from time I thought of selling the car to having a very profitable check in hand. The technician who came to move the car was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. Couldn't be happier with outcome. read more

This was the worst experience after buying once before and selling once before. I had to trade in the first car. It had damages inside and out that were not disclosed. The costs that I had to deal with and the amount of times that I had to call in was unnacceptable and counterproductive to Carvanas philosophy of being easier and more convenient than a traditional car dealership. The amount of people that did not know how to properly assist me or even understand me were beyond frustrating. People normally leave reviews when they have a bad experience and not when they have a positive experience but I can assure you that I was a champion of Carvana and I will absolutely never buy from them again. You cannot trust that they will provide you a quality car. They did not keep my appointment and canceled the morning I was supposed to pick up the vehicle- with only 3 hours notice. The second car was also delayed. The repair company is not going to cover the damages that again are not displayed on the website. Carvana doesn't even have numbers to contact the people at their hubs. Thankfully I am resourceful and able to find phone numbers to get help but I will never use Carvana again. read more
