Subject: Recognition for Ray Waters…read more Dear [Manager/General Manager Name], I wanted to take a moment to share what an outstanding experience I had at Witten Brothers of Ashland when purchasing my new 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4-Door Sport S 4x4, and to specifically recognize Ray Waters. From start to finish, Ray made the process seamless. He was patient, thoughtful, and never once applied pressure--he simply focused on answering my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. He went above and beyond by staying late to ensure everything was completed and took additional time to walk me through all the features of the vehicle. I let him know it wasn't necessary given how long he had already been there, but he insisted, which I genuinely appreciated. Ray is a great salesperson--professional, honest, and knowledgeable. More importantly, he is clearly focused on doing right by the customer and making sure they end up in the right vehicle with a positive experience. That kind of approach builds trust and reflects extremely well on your dealership. I'm very grateful for the time and care he provided, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Sincerely, Aaron

In addition, since my divorce my credit score leaves a bit to be desired. New Millennium was recommended to me this morning. I made an appointment to meet with Mr. Bookheimer who called to confirm and inform me of the documents needed to begin the auto buying journey. Mr. Bookheimer immediately made me feel comfortable on the phone speaking about the circumstances of my credit as well as giving me guidance on factors that could aid in loan approval. When I arrived at New Millennium I was immediately greeted by the team and shown around the vehicles available. After choosing my new love I was painlessly walked through the application process, approved for a loan, and signed all necessary paperwork. The anxiety I had going into this process was immense but by the time I left New Millennium I felt like part of the family. I can never thank this team of amazing people enough and would recommend New Millennium Auto Sales to anyone looking to buy a new car, priced fairly, and in great condition!

Then on the day I was looking at vehicles, I was not going to be able to get there by closing time, to test drive. Matthew offered to come back and meet us when we arrived, it was an hour past closing. He came back on the following day (they were closed) so we could complete the purchase, had my tags and registration all ready so I did not have to go to the DMV. The truck (2018 F150) was exactly what I had been looking for and the purchase price was great. I'm so pleased and definitely recommend M W Auto Sales if you are looking for a clean, well priced vehicle in excellent condition.

If you're looking for a work truck or van, their selection is awesome. Located in an industrial area near Hanover Airport on Air Park Road, you'll find this unassuming auto wholesaler. Buying a vehicle can be intimidating, but not here. We went into the plain brick facade, and we were greeted by a chill guy named Andy. The offices were casual, with piles of magazines on the coffee table, mix matched furniture, with a homey feel. No uptight sales pressure, Andy showed us the trucks we mentioned and let us go for a couple of tests drives. The prices were fair according to the current market. We vacillated between two trucks... one was more practical, the other nicer with more bells and whistles. Mr. Hyman was instrumental in helping us decide. He was friendly, personable and pragmatic. We settled on a Chevy Avalanche that we loved. It was a nice ride, just right for our needs. As we entered Andy's office, he was down to earth and a wiz at assisting with our financing. He performed his magic and we were happy with the outcome. He went above and beyond to help us get to the number we were shooting for. We chatted like friends, yet he always maintained his professionalism too. That's a tough tightrope to walk! Once everything was signed, sealed and delivered, we drove off in our new ride content with the experience! For a relaxed, easy transaction, in a no pressure atmosphere with knowledgeable, pleasant folks, I recommend checking out this unpretentiousness auto dealer! And by the way, if you're looking for a back issue of a magazine, likely they'll have it on the coffee table!

Following Monday I called Abbott's and informed. The response was "Bring the car, We are going to look at it". I told front desk that Acura fixed it temporarily and am hesitant to reopen that engine oil jar again next day. so told Abbott's, we will look at it during next oil change or if starts leaking again. I should not have treated as friendly neighborhood service shop. That was my mistake. ------------------------ Previous reply of yours is your understanding of the recent situation, but I want to be entirely clear: this was never about money, nor did I ever ask for a refund. My concern has always been about receiving basic respect, proper service, and professional conduct. To clarify the timeline of events: August 5th-6th (First Vehicle): I dropped off my first car on the 5th. Although I never received a call with an estimate, I paid for the DRL service over the phone without question when told it was ready on the 6th. When I picked it up after hours, I immediately noticed incomplete assembly work on the fender--including missing screws and plugs--without even needing to bend down (photo attached). August 6th-7th ( Refund Mistake & Escalation): I dropped off my second car on the 6th. When I returned on August 7th to pick it up, I paid for that car. Once it is completed, I showed the photo of the botched assembly on the first vehicle. Instead of listening or handling the matter professionally, the front desk employee became aggressive immediately, mechanic joined to his rant, and ordered me out of the office simply for asking questions about work I paid for. If you have a front desk video take a look. To make matters worse, the amount your shop later returned was actually for the second vehicle--which was less than what I paid for the DRL service on the first car--proving the refund wasn't even for the service in question and highlighting the sheer arrogance and negligence of your team. As a paying customer, I will not tolerate that level of hostility and entitlement--especially over an error as simple as failing to reinstall screws and body plugs. At the time, I mistakenly assumed the front desk employee was the owner, which is why I tried to reason with him directly. If you saw how your staff behaves when leadership isn't around, you would realize how severely they damage your shop's reputation. To make matters worse, on August 10th--only after I posted my initial review--the front desk employee called to apologize and admitted his behavior on August 7th was wrong. I declined to speak with him further, only to see your response on Yelp shortly after. This sequence makes it glaringly obvious that your shop prioritizes online damage control over treating in-person customers with basic respect. Excuses I heard on that day. 1) My screws are dirty. 2) Repeated MECANIC ARGUED QUESTION: "ARE YOU OK IF I CHARGE YOU 120$ TO FIX THOSE SCREWS" YES OR NO. He asked me to answer YES OR NO answer only. what is your answer if you are in my shoes? I would like to hear that to understand what your answer would be as customer/business owner? I will hear what your explanation also.
