I had for the vehicle for 29 days before the transmission blew, Took them 5 days to pick the vehicle up and 7 weeks to get the vehicle back to me... leaving me with a 1 week warranty... they offered me a gift certificate to a local restaurant for my troubles... just save yourself the hassle and go to stephens in Bristol or Scranton in Vernon... buying form caravan and not knowing what your getting is better than dealing with the poor customer service and the arrogance of vallenti...

Didn't even have this vehicle 3 weeks and it had a software recall. I called service department and spoke with Ed, he was great, when he looked up our vehicle he said this already has a recall? We set up an appointment for the week of August 15, 2024 During recall appointment I went to the parts department to see if my front and rear rubber mats had come in and they were, so paid for them and put the carpeted front/rear floor mats in the trunk and went home. In September receive another recall for software issue, speak with Alex and he informed that during the first software install did not complete fully. I make an appointment told this install will be about 1 to 2 hours I said I will wait. I waited 5 HOURS in the customer lounge with no updates on what was the going on. Finally get vehicle and I ask to speak with GM Jack Bradshaw told he is out. He called me back told him my issue he said as a goodwill he would install a rubber trunk liner and to bring vehicle in. I did, they installed the rubber trunk liner but now carpeted front rear floor mats were missing that were in the trunk. I called Jack did not return my call or emails until I got Corporate involved and that is when he called me and he said I should be rest assured that his employees would not steal my floor mats, I said not implying your employees stole mats just stating that the mats are not in the trunk and he said would look into the mat situation this was the week of Jan 7, 2025. I have not heard peep since. At this point Valenti must be really hard up for $310.00. I will never ever step foot in Valenti again, I will drive to another Cadillac dealership instead.

My sales advisor, Alex, was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything about the vehicles, service, financing options, in clear, simple terms. I was introduced to the service department personnel. Nothing was rushed, it was sincerely an enjoyable car buying experience. I wound up purchasing a new 2026 Mazda 3 sedan. I've now had my car for a month, and I made the right decision. My car is so much fun to drive. Oh, I even went back to the dealership 2 more times to get Alex to go over details of the screen with me, since I was confused how to fully use it. I highly recommend Liberty Mazda. And, if you go there to look at cars or SUV's, please tell them that I recommended them. (No, I get nothing for recommending them).

Jordan, Hunter, Bill, Anthony, were all friendly and helpful during the process. We were treated with transparency, kindness and respect throughout the transaction. We are long-time Mazda owners, thus have been through the process repeatedly over the years. We decided it made sense to take advantage of the .9% financing offered on the CX-50s due to inventory gluts. The sticker was almost 6% below MSRP, which seemed quite reasonable. The CX-50 we wanted was on the lot, and preliminary conversations took place. We also qualified for a Loyalty discount for having other Mazdas in the household. The sales personnel recommended the VIN etching, were certainly not pushy about the add-on, which is actually 3rd party coverage against vehicle theft. Subsequent test drive was without incident, and we were accompanied by hospitality staff who explained all pertinent features. We arrived on delivery date, cashier's check in hand. The paperwork process started, and we were taken to the vehicle at the curb to pair cellphone and modify some of default vehicle settings and connect to ethe Mazda App. It was at this point we realized we were presented with the wrong vehicle. Same model / color, but lower trim. We were absolutely vexed as to how this could happen. We were quickly ushered back to the sales offices, where we waited awkwardly over an hour for the correct vehicle to be detailed and prepped. We received a cursory apology and zero concessions for this flagrant inconvenience. Eventually, the correct purchased vehicle was at the curb, and the pairing process was repeated. Salesman at this time remarked that the vehicle did come with a NAV SD card; this after ordering OEM card on our own after being advised the vehicles contain the navigation firmware only during initial conversations. Finally we were on our way, and I realized I had forgotten to get clarity on the dealer prep "detail process" as we had experience with brand new vehicles having 'swirl marks' from improper waxing techniques in the service bay. I was looking to clay bar the finish, and I emailed the finance manager the following day, who was an avid car enthusiast. No response whatsoever. Thankfully, no swirl marks were noted in the following day's sunlight. Would we buy from this dealer again? Probably - if inventory and price-points coincide with favorable interest rate incentives.

All are expensive but it's better to maintain the vehicle because who can afford a new car? I needed new tires. When I bought my car I was given the "free tires for life" program provided my maintenance was done by them. I did all maintenance with berterra and when it was time for tires, I was only given a $600 discount not free tires for life. So that was misleading. I got the new tires and alignment and new sensors, $$$$. Car runs well now. Hope to have the car for another 100,000 miles.

Unfortunately, when a serious issue arose, the dealership completely failed to stand behind the customer relationship. My Subaru's STARLINK radio unit failed, a well-documented issue that was the subject of a class action lawsuit and warranty extension. The radio had already been replaced once under warranty with the same unit. When it failed again, Bertera quoted $2,200 to replace it with the exact same component again. During the process I was told Subaru of America had never been involved with my vehicle, which turned out to be incorrect. Subaru's own records later showed three goodwill repairs totaling $1,752.73 connected to my vehicle. Instead of addressing the misinformation or helping resolve the situation, the dealership simply passed responsibility elsewhere and ultimately refused any assistance. I ended up repairing the radio myself through an independent electronics specialist for about one-third of the price. After years of loyalty as a customer, the takeaway was clear: once a problem falls outside their narrow policies, Bertera Subaru has no interest in helping. Very disappointing experience.

After test driving we spoke with Mike & told him which car we selected. He asks "I take it you're paying cash?" I told him "no some down & financing the rest" he proceeds to tell me they don't do that there! Yet they have a finance calculator on their website!! Agggh! What's the purpose of that? After a bit he does say down the street AAA finances & ask me what's my credit like. Well I have very good credit but at this point I don't want anything to do with this place. I drove an hour to this place to learn that my money's not green here.!!

They sell cars with…read moreproblems, first off I bought a 2013 Honda Civic recently and on the same day I went to put gas because they didn't fill my tank gave it to me almost empty. So had to do that, and come to find out that while I was pumping the gas the gas was leaking and wetting the whole floor as I was pumping. I left the gas station and parked to see and saw a massive leak coming from the gas tank area underneath my car. I called and spoke with Dave he said to bring it in and they took care of that issue when I put them under pressure and demanded that they took care of it due to the fact that it was a safety hazard. So then he gave me a loaner blah blah blah. Fixed it the same day. I drove it off and then about a 2 weeks after buying the car cash, the unthinkable happens, driving from the beach the car in the middle of the road just shuts off and starts smoking up. Won't respond and it wasn't the battery AAA checked it and said it's engine issue, brought it to my local mechanic and was told that the dealer half assed a lot of the issues on the car. Said that they pretty much let a beginner take care of it. Which most of the mechanics there are not certified or have experience with fixing cars. So fixing that with my mechanic and NOW hopefully there won't be anymore issues. I won't buy again from this place, due to the fact that they don't care about their customers. They just care about the money and not the overall safety of their customers. Shitty place. Like I said, if I could give them no stars I would.
