Since then, they have sent out FIVE different technicians over the course of a month -- and the heat still does not work. The owner even paid $1,500 for a part that they said would "guarantee" the system would be fixed. That part was installed yesterday... and guess what? It's still not working. Now we're waiting yet again for someone else to come out and figure it out. To make matters worse, the technician who came yesterday told us it's the same issue as the FIRST technician said a month ago. Clearly there is zero communication between their team. On top of all of this, one of their technicians, Kevin, marked the job as "completed" in the system when it absolutely was not. When I called to check on the status, I was told the service was complete based on his report. Completely untrue. This has been unprofessional, disorganized, and unacceptable. If you value your time and want your issue actually resolved, I strongly recommend choosing another company. Run -- don't walk -- elsewhere.

I found Travis on Yelp and saw he works in Kelseyville. He made the trip all the way from Lincoln just to take a look, which I appreciated right off the bat. Right away, he spotted a leak in the system. He gave me the option to just patch that one area and refill it, but he also explained that it shouldn't have been leaking at that connection in the first place. He recommended checking the entire setup. I gave him the go-ahead. Turned out, there were a bunch of bad flares and none of the lines had been reamed, so there were burrs inside. Travis pulled all the faulty fittings and even handed them to me in a Ziploc bag. The repair wasn't cheap, but that was because of how badly the original install had been done. Travis had to undo a lot of sloppy work just to bring the system up to standard. His pricing was fair for the amount of rework needed, and the quality of the job was excellent. I thought I was being smart trying to save money on the original install, but I should've gone with Travis from the beginning. The system I thought was top-of-the-line turned out to be just okay. Lesson learned. Travis genuinely cares, and it shows. In a time when so many HVAC companies are getting bought out by venture capital firms, it's refreshing to work with a small, well-run business that still values quality. Talk about a total ripe off. NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS. Oh Forgot to mention this is the same company that did not do what they were told to do then started a fire on the site because they installed it wrong the first time. Only had 2 guys that seemed to have a clue of what they were doing but thier hands are tied. I hope they find a good company to work for because this one is not them.
