He is super professional and friendly. While I went shopping with Josh to make sure the right flooring I wanted was picked, they were able to get a crew out the same day to start demolition. The next day the crew came and started working on the flooring and baseboards. Eric is super courteous by the way he greets and communicates with us. Jordan and Eric went to town making sure the flooring was completed by the end of the day. Overall, for the time frame the job was completed the amount we paid was very reasonable. I went with them because they are local to Lincoln and I support Lincoln businesses whenever I can. Nick worked with me on a timeframe and came out as promised. He was very professional and very personable. I don't usually bother any hires with small talk, but Nick was warm and friendly, and we talked about Lincoln and what a great place this city is. Nick worked quickly and hung our new fixture. It is beautiful. What stood out the most was how honest and upfront he was -- no hidden fees, no upselling, just straight answers and fair prices. He installed four ceiling fans, recessed lights with dimmers, fixed my porch lights, my backyard flood lights, a couple of exhaust fans, and a number other things. The work itself was excellent, and he clearly knows his stuff. I love that he made excellent recommendations for products. He also let me know when the products I chose weren't compatible with my situation (e.g. the original porch lights I chose weren't hardwire, and they should have been). It's hard to find someone who's both skilled and genuinely trustworthy, but he's definitely that. Their square footage popcorn ceiling removal pricing was fair and outbid other local offers. They were transparent that popcorn ceiling removal is a very messy job and it would require me to vacate the premises during their projected work schedule. Some of the drywall repair work required extra labor due to discovery of poor workmanship from previous companies but was priced accordingly. There was also a supplier issue with defective protective materials that caused them to miss deadlines. Despite setbacks, they aimed to complete the project to no additional cost due to supplier issues. There were significant messes left behind but we worked together in the cleanup effort. They made sure to return anything removed during their work back to their original spots after completion. We've also regrettably discovered some floor damages that most likely occurred during popcorn ceiling removal efforts, but apologies were made and the flooring was patched prior to payment. Overall, I am happy with their work and would recommend them.

The company was able to fit me in the very next day despite their busy schedule. Everyone was professional, polite, and had a great attitude. I knew of Diego from church, and saw a comment on a friend's profile that he had an electrician. Bingo! Diego answered immediately and set up a time for just a couple of days from then. Yesterday , they came out and stayed with it( except for leaving to get another part) all day. They finally got it figured out around 5:30 pm. I am so grateful for their quick response and for getting the issue resolved! It was pretty stressful not having electricity in half the house. Diego is great! This unfortunately was not the case with this larger project....paint, new flooring and backsplash and installation of medicine cabinets, lighting and toilet. I provided all materials which I purchased prior to the start of my project which ended up being the first week of January due to the holidays. My biggest problem with Diego was communication. I was never kept updated on delays to workers or himself showing up when promised and always felt that my job was put on the back burner for other customers with larger jobs. The tile man, Jeremy was amazing. He had my floor and backsplash done in a day and a half which included a backsplash in my guest bathroom and the work was beautiful. And then I waited and waited and waited. The painter, Jeff, not so good. He didn't take off any light covers, door pulls or tape anything off. Consequently I had a lot of cleanup as there was paint on many hinges, my shower surround next to the door moulding, the switch covers and door pulls and splatters on my new floor tile. Sloppy and unprofessional work. I talked to Diego and sent pictures on February 5th. He promised to come out in a week as he had become a new father but that's the last I've heard from him and it's the end of March. Diego is very friendly and fun to talk to and he himself does meticulous work. It's the other aspects of his business that definitely need work.
