A fixture in my landscape lighting system wasn't working. I texted Andy, owner of Viewpoint Lighting. He set up an appointment with Scott, who showed up on time later that week. Scott fixed a wiring problem and also determined the fixture itself was broken. Being a sealed fixture, it could not be repaired but needed to be replaced. Scott took it with him, saying he believed Andy could get a warranty replacement fixture from the local Kichler rep. Andy did exactly that and then came to my home to install it. Done! Andy and Scott gave expert and very courteous customer service at a very reasonable price. Andy and his assistant did an incredible job lighting our back tropical garden, side zen garden and front Japanese garden. Professional, straight forward and honest, Andy impressed my wife and I from the start. He is a great listener and collaborator. High quality lighting and installation is a significant expenditure. But when I see the many days and amount of effort spent to achieve perfection, and the high quality of the lighting products he uses, I feel that we got a bargain. We couldn't be more happy with the results. Our backyard and waterfall, once invisible when the sun set, are a tropical paradise at night now and we enjoy going out there every night to see our many palm trees and tropical plants glowing as if we were in a five star hotel in Hawaii. Andrew is an exceptional designer and installer. I used Fx luminaire's ZDC lighting system which is arguably the most flexible and wow factor residential landscape and architectural lighting system available. He designed the system for the front yard and did the installation of a lot of the landscape and home architectural lights. His attention to detail is incredible and his knowledge of Fx luminaire zone dimming and color system is as good as it gets. The end result is a 63 fx luminaire zdc light install which is Hawaii 5 star hotel quality. It is not cheap but it is a long term investment and one we think enhances the value of our property. read more

We had an outstanding experience with this company who did our backyard lighting and installed fixtures. Andy is truly a lighting expert (as opposed to a landscaper who also does lighting). Viewpoint did safety lighting on the back stairs, uplit & downlit trees, did incredible recessed lighting in our patio cover, and installed replacement exterior light fixtures.
