If I could give Adam 10 stars I would! We are at the end of a 23 month remodel project on four structures. Our last big priority project was our floors. We found Adam through his reviews and after reading them realized the only bad reviews were because people didn't receive calls back. Guess what? Great people are busy! Adam is not all things to all people and so if you leave a message about something he doesn't do, my guess is you will not get a call back because he is in the field personally ensuring every floor is a masterpiece. Adam is a true artist. He and his crew are personable, knowledgeable, and expert at their trade. Adam went above and beyond the call of duty and worked with us in the process hand holding us when needed. For 23 months of projects, dozens of different contractors, Adam was the only person I wrote a check to before he was done and left and went on vacation. That's the kind of company and person Adam is! As you can tell, my wife and I are extremely happy with our floors and working with Adam and his crew. We all have contractor horror stories. I was in the process of moving my small business in Elk Grove and I needed someone to stain the concrete in the lobby of my new location. I called 8 different concrete contractors and Josh from Concrete 911 was the only one to call me back. I had him come out to do an estimate and he gave me a quote that was in my price range. He showed me multiple photo samples of his work, which were very impressive. Upon meeting him, he was friendly and down to earth and took his time showing me examples and giving me options. Even though I didn't have any other bids, I decided to take my chances with him. Like a lot of businesses, it took a long time to get my lease signed. While my landlord took his sweet time in getting me the lease, Josh waited patiently for weeks despite having a very heavy workload. When he finally began work, he finished the job in a three step process over several days. He told me that he hasn't had a client yet that has been disappointed with his work, so I decided to trust him and not get in his way. When I was able to view his work, I was absolutely blown away. He blended three colors with a metallic additive that created an amazing pattern and overall look. I feel bad walking across the lobby floor, because what he did was a work of art. I really appreciate his craftsmanship, as well as both Josh and his employee's (Adam) professionalism. I have a hard time believing that you can find someone better than them. Adam is a true, do what you say you will do, kind of business man. He took us to see a job he had done on interior floors and explained in detail what he does and how he does it. Once we contracted with him, he told us when he would start and was willing to work around some other contractors we had at the house to ensure they could do what they needed to do for the other phases of our project at the house. We were out of town during most of his job but when we were here, he made time to meet us to show progress and ensure we got final input on coloring and finish, etc. All this, while finishing the job as he scheduled it and it looks fantastic... we could not be happier with the floor in our home and with Adam's honesty, integrity and work ethic. After contacting a number of contractors to stain our driveway, we had a competitive bid from Josh / Concrete 911 and a good sense that he definitely knew what he was doing and that he could do the job better than anyone else. We were right. Josh stained and sealed a large driveway, a sidewalk, a concrete lawn edging and a concrete cap on a stone wall. After one year, they still look great. A number of neighbors have subsequently hired Josh to do their staining jobs, and I'm pretty sure all of them are satisfied. One job he took on was basically botched by others, with stains that didn't match. Now it looks great. Concrete 911 is a very professional operation, and they take care of the details. Josh will show up when he says he will, do what he agrees to and be done when he says he will. Your driveway will turn out better than you think it will. Several years ago Josh & his crew did micro topping on our patio and it looked great. We had them come back at one point for normal maintenance to touch up the micro topping & reseal the patio. Called again Oct 2015 to set up another touch up & reseal, no response, emailed and still no response. With good weather here we are now in search of another company that will do the job. I haven't scheduled Concrete911 work on the floors in my loft--but I will. I researched every type of flooring, compared the pros and cons of hardwood, laminate, tile, etc. and decided on refinishing the concrete. Then, I researched all the companies who do concrete refinishing in the area by looking at photos of their work and reading reviews; I decided on Concrete911. I called, left a fairly detailed message and got a call back within a few days. I'll update my review after I schedule the job and the work is completed.... the rest of this review is in response to all those who posted critical reviews because they didn't get a call back.... Small businesses typically don't have the money to pay staff to answer the phone and screen potential customers. The business owner is often the bookkeeper, sales person, scheduler, as well as the one who answers the phone. The quality of the work is dependent upon the person's talent who does the job: if they hire a half dozen employees to do concrete work, you might get the owner who does an exceptional job, or a new employee whose work isn't the same quality (or is unreliable and abandons your job halfway through!) So, they have to pick and choose what jobs (geographic area, size of the job, timing, etc.) they will take and which they simply can't complete. I understand the frustration potential customers feel when they don't get a call back, but it's not personal. Who knows?... when I call to schedule I might not get a response, and I'll be disappointed... but I'll assume it's a busy time and I'll try again a few weeks or months later. If I never get a call back I'll be more disappointed but I'll accept that he has more lucrative work elsewhere--and that's the only way he'll stay in business. read more

We hired Adam and his crew to redo our concrete floors at our newly remodeled laundromat. The finished product was amazing! He worked around our schedule and kept to his word. I searched on Yelp to find a concrete polishing company. I found Concrete911 which I contacted Adam. He was not only professional he was accurate to what he estimated, time wise. His team went above and beyond to make sure everything was neat and reduced all the concrete dust throughout the house. At the end of the job he not only hauled in all the appliance he also helped us bring in our new fridge. By far was impressed of the work that Adam and his team did for our amazing floors. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a alternative of tile, slabs, laminate, carpet, or even hardwood floor. You cant get anything close to how the floors turn out. Simply amazing we love the floor and on a hot day the cold concrete floors feel great. The plus size is you cant beat the price. We purchased a 2000 square foot house in Lincoln, CA built on a concrete slab which had 2 different types of cheap bad lino, an unexciting tile entryway, and dirty carpet. We wanted a hard surface for several reasons including my allergies. We got a bid on doing tile throughout the house but I thought refinishing the concrete would be a better answer. We checked out several contractors but ended up going with Adam of Concrete911. It had to be done right the first time so he invited to visit a home he had recently completed. Although we didn't want that color or style I was confident that he was a professional and knew what he was doing. He started the job when promised and underneath the old lino, carpet, and tile we had a concrete slab that only a mother could love. Adam and his crew spent days grinding/resurfacing and then I went over and we did a test board for the colors I was interested in. He had hit the colors very well and he finished coloring and sealing. We did the garage as well and we couldn't be happier. I am so happy that I went with him.
