When we bought an older home, we knew it would need repairs, and finding the right service provider felt daunting. After receiving a flyer for Beaver Heating & Air Inc., we decided to give them a try. Beaver sent a technician to inspect our system, and after that first inspection, we enrolled in their maintenance program. Twice a year, they serviced our heating and air system, took photos, and provided a detailed checklist. Their inspections also gave us a helpful estimate of how long our old system would last. During our most recent inspection, Leo, our Beaver technician, let us know that our system was nearing the end of its life. He offered to have a team member come out to discuss options for updating our existing system or replacing it with a new one. A few days later, Marlon, the Beaver systems specialist, arrived and took the time to explain the available system options, including the pros and cons of each. He also showed us detailed installation photos and explained the expected timeframe. Once we chose the best system for our needs, Marlon contacted Mike, the installation manager, to schedule the appointment. We opted for a new Trane heating and air system, which was installed just a few days later. The installers, Dustin and Adrian, were efficient, respectful of our home, and completed both the indoor and outdoor installation perfectly. The state and county inspector even commented that it was a perfect installation. The young man Marlon who came was nice enough but was more interested in trying to sell me on how good their service was and that I needed all new wiring because my other wiring was outdated which made no sense. He talked more about what he did in the military than about my air conditioner. Talked about my insurance business and stuff when all I wanted was my air fixed. We went into my house and he keep on with how Beaver did routine servicing and on and on and this and that. I told him at least a dozen times that all I was interested in was the price of a good air conditioner and that I didn't care if it lasted for 20 years because I would be dead first, and he proceeded to tell me or imply that maybe a better price mean less in what I get, I said listen all I care about is the price and told him he wasn't listening to what i wanted and only cared about what he wanted to sell me. So what does he do, he continues to convince me how good Beaver is and I said listen we are done, get up and leave, I asked for a price and usually when someone keeps avoiding the price its because they think its to high and they have justify the price;. He is super professional and friendly. While I went shopping with Josh to make sure the right flooring I wanted was picked, they were able to get a crew out the same day to start demolition.
