I contacted Garage Door Express through Yelp to ask about a quote about servicing my garage door which was not opening all the way anymore. The owner of Garage Door Express (Emanuel) immediately reached out and and told me that he can troubleshoot it over the phone with me and gave me his phone number. I contacted him and Emanuel spent 10 minutes going through different troubleshoot steps to identify the problem. After the call Emanuel identified that the problem was the actual opener motor, it was over 20 years old and was on its last leg. Emanuel quoted me different openers including Chamberlain and Liftmaster. He quoted me different options of chain vs belt driven and he also gave me his availability to come and install it. I went with a Lift Master Belt drive. Garage Door Express came out and had it installed and it is a night and day difference from my old 20 year old motor. Emanuel also did a tune up on all parts and double and triple checked everything before leaving, he made sure to get MyQ properly set up on my phone before leaving. He might not be a literal superhero but this man is faster than a speeding bullet I had used Garage Door Express in the past and was so impressed with Emmanuel's work that I knew I could count on him again to do another emergency job for us. This time it was our main garage door that finally conked out and needed a new motor. Literally, it was less than 24 hours from when I contacted Emmanuel until the job was completed. We are happy with the new garage door opener installed which has a built in camera for safety.
