On 2/26/26, I purchased a 2014 Nissan Quest SV from this dealership for $4576.08. The vehicle was sold "as-is." Within 24 hours of purchase, the check engine light came on. Diagnostic codes P0746 and P0868 indicated a serious transmission pressure failure. After the issue appeared, I contacted the repair shop listed on the vehicle history report that had previously inspected the vehicle in 2024. That shop confirmed they had diagnosed the same transmission codes previously and had recommended transmission replacement at that time. This indicates the transmission defect existed prior to the sale. I contacted the dealership to request assistance or reversal of the sale. The dealership refused to repair the vehicle or unwind the transaction and instead suggested I trade the vehicle in toward another purchase. After applying for financing and being denied, the dealership now refuses to assist in repairs, replacement, or in refund. This is not the only vehicle on the lot that they are selling with undisclosed pre-existing problems and they are hiding behind the "As-is" mark on the tag. *Update* - my temporary tag expired on 3/27/26 and their excuse was the state asked for more paperwork and is "moving slow" so on top of selling a broken car they also are willing to let you drive illegally. ***ZERO STARS*** Trying to sell single mothers vehicles with NO working heat in Michigan during the Winter should be a crime. Im reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. I should have walked out when one of the salesman asked 'Whose sh*tty vehicle is that?' Referencing my 2003 Suburban, parked in front of the building that runs better than any of the the vehicles your salesmen tried to sell me today for nearly $10,000 financed. I've never been to this dealership before today and i will NEVER give them my money after how I was treated and after the vehicles I was meant to test drive just kept getting worse and NONE OF THEM HAD WORKING HEAT. The first 2013 Suburban I looked at did NOT have working heat. When I asked if it would be fixed before the sale, the salesman said 'No, there is no room for them to fix it before the purchase', so I refused to test drive it. It's 41° today in February in Flint, Michigan. It's basic human decency to sell a person a vehicle with working heat in the Winter. I didn't want that Suburban anyway, I could hear the Serpentine belt squealing when he pulled up for me to test drive it, while I was still in the building waiting.. My 03 doesn't make that much noise.. but your employee laughed and made jokes about it being 'sh*tty'. So David and another guy say that there's a newer 2014 Suburban with less mileage and a lower price that they drive home all of the time that is 'solid'. David went to get it, and comes inside to tell me that the heat doesn't work in the 2014 model either but they would be willing to fix it for the 2014 model, but not the 2013 model which was in better condition than the piece of crap 2014 they brought me to test drive. The drivers side door interior was practically falling off when I opened the door and It DID NOT HAVE WORKING HEAT. All around the 2014 was worse than the 2013. I made it 1 block down the road and a nasty burning smell started pouring in the vehicle, it smelled like burning head gaskets and I immediately turned it around and took it back. For $10,000+? So then there's a 2015 Tahoe 'thats in much better condition' I didn't even stay past the monthly payment amount which was almost doubled from the 2013/2014.. why waste anymore of my time on a business that clearly could care less about me as a potential customer. There needs to be a Zero star option for criminals like Caruzin Auto salesman. I dodged a huge Lemon bullet today walking out of there with my money still in my pocket. Worst dealership I have ever been to by far with the Worst customer service too. Don't insult the customers that pay you your paycheck!! My 03 drives better than the lemons you're trying to sell!! if I could give zero stars I would. I bought a car here on Friday, April 3. Arranged to have it picked up Sunday, April 5. On the way home to Saginaw from Flint, the transmission started having issues. it was sluggish, hard to shift, the check engine light was on, the AT OIL TEMP light was on, the brake light was on. Pulled off the road at an exit, popped the hood, smoke comes boiling out. A police officer pulls in behind me, tells me the car is not safe to drive, to get home and park it. it's been in my driveway ever since. cameron, the owner of Caruzin, has not offered any kind of resolution. his exact words were "you bought a car in an as is, where is, condition " I was also told by my salesman, David, that there were "no mechanical problems with the car." I came last weeo with my wife for a van and put $1000 down and to come back with another 2k to walk of the lot with it a week later.. as they had my deposit and what not after my test drive I had a picture and time stamp of the mileage after my test drive and so and then when I came the day to pick up the echo one of the saleman was driving the van as it was his own the day of my pick up and the mileage written on the title and paper work was not the true mileage on the vehicle when I had picked up and then it has a misfire on cylinder 2 and then is now giving us issues after they had deleted the code and it was stored on the can and they just bullshit alot and say they can't do much.. they are scammers be careful and on your test drive bring it around the corner to the auto zone for a check!!! your welcome!!! read more

If I could rate this place negative stars, I would. SAVE YOUR TIME/MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Bought my car back in march from these guys & it's already being scrapped. After asking numerous thorough questions, we were assured our almost $6k vehicle was top notch perfect shape. Driving it off the lot, my check engine light came on, was told "it's just because the emergency brake doesn't work"... okay. I take it to get it double checked at o'Riley's and it had 10 different codes showing up & I was told I need to take it in to get fixed -$1k fix. After a few days I started noticing a few things wrong here and there and weird smells! After 2 weeks of having it, my heat, which at one point worked decently, completely stopped working and my car smelled like antifreeze... I took it in and was told my heater core went out -$1.2k fix. 3 weeks into having this car I started having problems with it overheating. Had to replace the bad water pump, bad thermostat, and bad temperature sensor to finally come to the conclusion (3 weeks later and lots of money) I have a blown head gasket -$1.5k to 2.5k fix! I took my car back to the shop to ask if they would do something about the failing car they sold me and they told me "that was a dumb ass question" and proceeded to explain "they didn't know, they don't know anything about half the cars on the lot" This was just the major stuff that costs THOUSANDS of dollars to fix, this doesn't mention the lights not working unless they want to, the blinker needing to be manually turned off, the windshield wiper fluid does work, the tires were practically bald and have since been replaced... the list goes on. I've had this car for 6 months (& drove for less than that) and already listed 5-10 things WRONG WITH IT pulling off the lot and damn close enough to it! This place is a joke and I hope it gets shut down before they get sued for screwing people over. read more

I contacted Brett to inquire about a vehicle they had. I specifically asked Brett "Is there any rust?", Brett said "No rust". The next day I drove out of my way to see the vehicle. As soon as I get there I look underneath the vehicle, and it is caked with rust. I was very upset, I messaged Brett to let him know that i will be letting people know about him blatantly lying to me. Brett then comes back saying "You never asked about rust underneath" and that I "would have been smart enough to know that a vehicle in Michigan was gonna have scaling on the bottom!!". I wish I could give this dealership negative stars. We made arrangements with Wyatt to purchase a 2015 landrover lr4 he had for sale. Originally we were suppose to go get it Saturday, but he said it had a bad oxygen sensor. He "fixed" oxygen sensor and said we could come get it 1/29/25, so we made the 3 hr trip (each way) only to arrive to be told there was a bad brake sensor and we couldn't test drive it. Turns out the brake lines were bad. He said everything would be taken care of in a couple hrs. Never heard back from him and he removed the online ad. SCAM ARTIST! BUYER BEWARE! Buy your next vehicle else where. The vehicle had rust on it, but of course they left that out of all of the photos. A complete waste of a day, toll road money and gas money. I do not recommend this dealer at all. I would say all of the vehicles on his lot are probably from the nearby auction. Just go to the auction yourself, save a couple thousand dollars and still have to problems he is trying to hid on the vehicles. read more

During the virus the cleaned all 20 vehicles before and after we looked at them and answered every question we had. After a lengthy process we decided on the vehicle we wanted, they gave us an excellent deal and we drove off. Painless and professional process.
