Parking can be easy on Greenville in certain places if you know where to look although as new restaurants are opening nearby I'm gonna lose my go-to parking. When you arrive parking is pretty difficult and you'll either need to park in a nearby garage or on the street. The venue itself is vibrant, high energy, mixed with being in the heart of Dallas. We ended up sitting upstairs and I'm so glad we did as I didn't want to stand the entire concert. The beers are more on the expensive side so I'd recommend pregaming before the concert. This is a great venue to watch a concert from if you are in Dallas.

The seats were comfortable and there is an area to reserve if you have a group. Sound was great, room for dancing at the front by the stage and all the staff we interacted with were awesome (especially the bartender Scottie who mixed up a delicious tropical cocktail for me) . They don't have food but you can order from PhD next door. Had a wonderful time and I'll be checking out other acts here because I love the venue.

Any venue that locks people into boxed-in corners during high-capacity events has fundamentally failed at its most basic responsibility. Then there's the so-called VIP area, which might be the biggest scam of the entire experience. Instead of offering better sightlines or proximity to the stage, VIP is completely separated from the performance, drained of energy, and bizarrely isolated. You're not paying for exclusivity--you're paying to be removed from the show you came to see. It feels less like VIP access and more like being banished to a poorly thought-out annex. The restrooms are another low point. The attendants are aggressively overbearing, hovering, directing, and policing behavior to an absurd degree. It's uncomfortable, unnecessary, and adds to the feeling that the venue doesn't trust or respect its own patrons. And if you're unlucky enough to attend during bad weather, good luck. There's no cover outside for rain, meaning guests are left standing around getting soaked with zero accommodation or planning. For a venue that hosts large crowds and charges premium prices, this level of disregard is embarrassing. Because of its space layout and narrow width of the room, there is no bad spot in the house, save for maybe in the corners of the balcony which may give obstructed view. I was also very pleased with the acoustics in the room. The sound system and quality was great! I was impressed with this as the sound in similar venues can be hit or miss. There's street parking, paid lots nearby, and a parking lot right next to the venue for $20 cash. I'd definitely return to Trees for another concert.
