A few different bars - lobby or just inside the theater to keep you hydrated. Parking can be easy on Greenville in certain places if you know where to look although as new restaurants are opening nearby I'm gonna lose my go-to parking. Love that the CD World owner bought this place years ago and made it such a great venue. Also love that it's in my hood.

This stage was rather small, but it also allowed the audience to see the performers pretty close up. David was super super talented. The two dancers that he had on stage also was a great addition to his vocals. Band was also really good. It was also pretty easy to get an Uber when the concert finished. Wide open spaces full of plenty of dining tables. The outdoor space offers picnic tables and smaller tables, all spread out and offer views of the stage. Live music starting on Wednesdays and going into the weekend. I ordered a rustic burger. Fantastic flavor and juicy not over powering. Watch out for the green chile, it will make some tear up. Think I heard it holds about 400 people. There's a bar in the back, and a bar to the side of the stage, so it was pretty easy to get a drink at all times (important!). I can't really comment about the sound because the Buzzcocks played LOUD, but I enjoyed it, even when I went deaf. The opening band wasn't really my cup of tea, so we all went out to the patio. A huge patio at that. It was fun looking at the Dallas skyline and watching the hoochie mama's below going to the Pittpull concert. Hello silicone, but I digress. I didn't really mind paying $4.50 for weak cocktails, or $4 for Shiner, even when it was poured in a plastic cup. The bathroom attendant was so unnecessary, though. Is she always there? There are only two bathroom sinks, and we were at a punk show ferfucksake. Any who. I felt the venue was solid for what it does, and the fact that I was able to get so close to punk legends sealed the deal.

Take some pics with your friend/significant other with the Dallas skyline. With all these positive marks you would expect a 5 star review. Sadly, the band line up is pretty limited. I agree the the VIP room needs some work. The mezzanine area when complete will be a great add on for different views. It's also super cool to see the sound and light engineers do their work at the back. It's rare that a venue has this part open to view. I have not experienced the table service yet. No idea how much that costs. The outside area has lots of seating to take a quick break. Food truck has never disappointed. So happy that Dallas has this venue as Stereo Live is a dump. The crowds are a mix of all styles and ages. Parking is easy if you get there by 10pm. It's in the top list of world class venues for a reason. Don't understand the haters.

Why they couldn't just ask her to move somewhere else defies logic. Also there have now been a number of shows, most notably the ATLiens and Svddendeath shows, where the sound quality has been abysmal or turned down. Why should anyone come here when the own venue turns down the sound at their shows for no valid reasons? Parking, while not managed directly by Silo, the company they've chosen to handle their parking lot has also been a complete nightmare at times. I had already purchased a number of tickets for future shows but I'll be reaching out to my credit card company if this is all SILO has to offer.

Because of its space layout and narrow width of the room, there is no bad spot in the house, save for maybe in the corners of the balcony which may give obstructed view. I was also very pleased with the acoustics in the room. The sound system and quality was great! I was impressed with this as the sound in similar venues can be hit or miss. There's street parking, paid lots nearby, and a parking lot right next to the venue for $20 cash. I'd definitely return to Trees for another concert.
