A family member had made reservations at Boundaries about a week prior. We get there early and have a couple drinks and noticed the time had passed from our reservation. We informed one of the bartenders and unfortunately their hostess was not there so we were accidentally skipped. It was already a very busy night at Boundaries with many people at the bar and many of the tables already taken. But they acted quickly, threw some tables together and we got seated very quickly. We could tell that they were understaffed that evening. Many of us have worked in the hospitality business and we absolutely understand when these things happen. We got our orders in and after a very minor wait, we got our food. It was hot,it was delicious, it was cooked perfectly. I want to commend the staff for working so hard last evening and being very sincere and nice. We all collectively agreed that this will not be the last time we will be dining at boundaries. Not many places around here offer AHI Tuna - they should. A healthy alternative to a Prime Rib or Steak. Drinks are excellent. Half the bartenders in WI can't make a Manhattan right. This place makes them right - 2/3s bourbon, 1/3 sweet vermouth, NOT a "Dash" or a Drop of Vermouth - 1/3. A "dash" of bitters - yes. They also use the antique cherries in them. A quality bourbon (George Dickel 8 yr.old) Manhattan was $10 (very reasonable) Great ambiance. We get there before 5PM to avoid the crowds.
