Be it the right cartridge for the type of printing you do to possibly needing a new printer, they will take the time to listen and advise. There is never any push to sell you what you don't need. They will not oversell . I find that with smaller businesses - those who are smart know full well that as much as its great to make the sale of a big ticket item, it's much smarter to advise ONLY what the customer actually needs. This creates trust! Repeat business! And referrals! which a vital to their existence. We need more stores who operate similar to this one..... The store was remarkable in the sense it is smaller yet almost every office set up you might want seems to be on display. We quickly settled on an L shaped configuration ac matching cabinet and well beneath our "guess" at the price. Two things that stand out. We paid for delivery and set up. It arrived on time and could not have asked for more professional a gentleman doing the installation. I had a minor defect ( from manufacturer-they would not have known) on the cabinet. Hard to see unless you are looking specifically for it. I texted Jake at the store, sent a picture and within minutes I had a response saying the part was on its way-that simple. It came in about 3days. Perfect response from a business. I am so impressed I will had Joe's to the list we have of business's we provide to the residents of our association. I use this location primarily for returns to Amazon and they are quick to print me a confirmation of drop off with the tracking number or to pull out tape to fix a bad wrapping job on my part. I have used them a few times to custom pack and ship items. The cost is not cheep but never has an item gotten to its final destination broken. So with that being said, the cost to have them package stuff for you might be worth it in the long run. The location also has mail boxes and package signing services available. Happy to have them in the neighborhood.
