Be it the right cartridge for the type of printing you do to possibly needing a new printer, they will take the time to listen and advise. There is never any push to sell you what you don't need. They will not oversell . I find that with smaller businesses - those who are smart know full well that as much as its great to make the sale of a big ticket item, it's much smarter to advise ONLY what the customer actually needs. This creates trust! Repeat business! And referrals! which a vital to their existence. We need more stores who operate similar to this one..... We quickly settled on an L shaped configuration ac matching cabinet and well beneath our "guess" at the price. Two things that stand out. We paid for delivery and set up. It arrived on time and could not have asked for more professional a gentleman doing the installation. I had a minor defect ( from manufacturer-they would not have known) on the cabinet. Hard to see unless you are looking specifically for it. I texted Jake at the store, sent a picture and within minutes I had a response saying the part was on its way-that simple. It came in about 3days. Perfect response from a business. I am so impressed I will had Joe's to the list we have of business's we provide to the residents of our association.
