I couldn't get my phone to work, so with my permission, she pulled up my Michaels' account, showed me what to do, I couldn't remember my pin! Near tears, I found that I had cash! Courtney made 3 trips back & forth to the store! She was so willing and eager to help me but also very thoughtful, caring and concerned that I was upset. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have something they usually can order it for you and it doesn't take long to come in.
