My HP ENVY 7640 all-in-one printer had suddenly stopped printing. I contacted Steve, & made arrangements to drop my printer off in the morning to have him check it out. By the late afternoon, on the same day, he had cleaned up the inside of the printer, which was made even more challenging for him, by all the leaking ink iinside the printer. I'd caused this additional mess, by turning the printer on its side in an attempt to locate & clean the rollers, per a video I'd seen, BEFORE I'd contacted him. Now, I realize that that is a big NO, NO! Steve said you should always keep the printer flat, & NEVER turn it sideways. Lesson learned. By the late afternoon, Steve let me know that my printer was repaired & ready for delivery or pickup. I picked it up, & plugged it in, after returning home.
