I was advised at the time by my salesman and sales managers to take possession of the vehicle and drive it for a few weeks prior to making an appointment to see if there were any other concerns. I did so and called to make my appointment Feb 17th 2026. I was notified at that time there were no available loaner vehicles and that I was put on the waitlist approximately 2 weeks long. Mar 6th 2026 I called to check the status and was told it would be a little longer. In this time I found several other issues that were covered in a TSB. After several weeks of not hearing back I then called again Apr 3rd 2026 and found out the service advisor I was previously working with was no longer there and I was no longer on the Loaner list. I asked to be put back on the list and was advised it would be some time before my vehicle would be taken in. June 15th I was called and told there was a loaner available. I dropped my vehicle off June 17th 2026 received a loaner vehicle that I was told COULD NOT BE DRIVEN MORE THAN 1000 MILES! My vehicle was dropped off to them for a burning coolant smell, body panel misalignments, rattle under dash, faulty capless fuel filler neck, and a external storage compartment that was not water tight. After 30 days I called as we were approaching the 1000 mile limit on the loaner vehicle and was told that my truck was almost completed. Service advisor Riley G. called a few days later and told me my truck was done. I drove over ready to get my truck back and saw that they completely botched all body repairs. Paint drips galore, dirt under fresh paint, even worse panel alignment, and scratches all the way through the paint. I refused to accept the vehicle as it was in worse shape than when I dropped it off. At this time I learned that none of the other concerns had been addressed. They scrambled to find me another loaner. I was then put into a loaner but with no mileage restrictions. Third week of July Riley called and told me they broke my windshield but "had no idea how" but the rest of the work was completed. First week of August goes by with no new windshield. Second week no new windshield but they desperately needed the loaner back as I had put "too many" miles on it. 3rd week no windshield, at this point I requested to see my vehicle to confirm all other repairs were completed. NOTHING WAS DONE. Bumper off, panels still not aligned, windshield was clearly broken by a tech who wasn't paying attention (the source of the crack was one of the misaligned panels they had tried to adjust). Nothing done about the rattle or the burning coolant smell. And yet they demanded I take possession of my truck with the broken windshield with a written promise that the dealership will replace it when a new one arrives. Throughout the months I have been asking to speak with the manager (spoke once with Ginger who had absolutely no idea what was going on) asked for the GM multiple times, left more than a dozen voicemails and never got a return call. Then September 1st I get a call that the windshield is in. I head over first thing on the 2nd and was assured that my truck would have priority and would be there for no more than 2 hours. I left the truck and returned 3 hours later only to find out they hadn't even started on it. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the past 2 years and was the sole reason multiple family and friends purchased from them. This Dealership has gone to absolute hell. No one cares about the customer. No one cares how much they disrupt your life. Both babymoon and make up vacations were canceled due to not being able to take the loaner out of state. Not a ounce of anything from them. Absolute 0 stars. No wonder they have a D- from the BBB. You'd get better service from a buy here pay here lot.

While my service advisor was very nice, I had a technician from another dealership inspect my car coincidentally in late August and saw that the drain plug was on the verge of falling out, which could have resulted in my engine failing, or worse, exploding. The undertray was also covered in grime and oil and was missing several screws. Additionally, my cabin air filter wasn't checked or replaced and was replaced upside down the previous time. I also did not get a maintenance reminder sticker, which is minor in comparison to catastrophic engine failure but still unfortunate. While my experience as a customer during the service was pleasant, I was sad to find that the work done was sloppy and negligent. After seeing my original review, Monty, the Service Manager, called me to fix the situation but begged me to take my Google review down more times than he apologized for the department's error. I was refunded for the price of the oil change, and we scheduled a service appointment for the following week for a complimentary air filter replacement and car wash. During the appointment, I waited nearly two hours for the air filter replacement and exterior car wash, and was then informed by Monty that an employee had mistaken degreaser for soap and that I would be driving home in a rental car while my car was taken to a third-party body shop. Only after I got home did I realize that the car had trash and dirt from the previous owner and that it had only 1/4 tank of gas. This is an easily understandable mistake if the car hadn't been sitting in the drive for 30 minutes while I signed paperwork for it and if it were the only mistake that happened. I confirmed verbally with Monty that the body shop would not touch my car until I had approved all work to be done on it. The following morning, I sent an email to the Service Director explaining my frustration and confirming that the body shop would not work on my car without my approval, and he promptly replied to the email noting my concerns and stating that Honda's main objective at this point would be to return my car to me in its previous condition. Once I received the estimate and approval from Monty for the body shop, I called the body shop to ask for an explanation of the work being done. The technician was very professional and explained everything that was being done to my car. He also stated that he had been working on the car all morning and he had received no instruction to wait for further approval. At this point, I was beyond frustrated that at every turn, my interactions with the service department at this dealership have been laughable. This is not the fault of a single tech or advisor, but a departmental failing. I followed up with Monty on why my car was worked on without my permission when I had confirmed verbally and in writing that it wouldn't be. He stated he was shocked to find that out. He replied to each one of my questions by stating he had no idea that any of that had happened. However, Monty was the advisor on my service appointment; his lack of knowledge of all the mistakes made on my car is not proof of his naivete; rather, his negligence. He connected me with the Service Director, Dusty, who listened to my concerns, and I gave my approval for the body shop to continue working on my car. He stated that my car would be delivered to me with a full tank of gas and a new rear wiper blade. So, at the end of what was supposed to be a routine oil change, air filter replacement, and car wash, I will be receiving the standard experience at many other dealerships- oh, and a free wiper blade. Dusty stated on the phone call multiple times that it was embarrassing for him to even have to take this call and verbally confirmed that my email would be forwarded to the Owner/Principal Dealer after several requests. Finally, on 9/12/26, my car was delivered to me looking very shiny and with a full tank of gas. They also made sure to update my service sticker for my next oil change due @60k when my car currently has 46.5k on it. If you want an easy way to get approved for financing and a car, this is the place. However, don't expect any good customer service or loyalty to its customers. They have an option where you can make part of the down payment delayed, and I had to use this option. I had to be a little late on the down payment, and they turned the car off, and it sat in my driveway for 4 days, knowing that Uber is the only way I can make money, and I could have made the money if they had just turned it back on, but they refused to, and it did nothing for 4 days. I told them my only income was from Uber, and they really didn't care. It was almost as if they purposely wanted the car back to resell it. Keep in mind, this is after having three different car loans with them, and it's sitting in my driveway for 4 days, and they were very unsympathetic. Overall, I don't recommend them.

We were told by…read moreJiffy Lube (which will never use again) that we had a broken seal causing an oil leak in our SUV which was going to cost us about $1,000 to fix. Mind you this oil leak was actually purposely caused by Jiffy Lube. Jeramie, the head mechanic, took care of us. He discovered the leak was an oil filter issue NOT the broken seal. He fixed that quickly and inexpensively. He allowed us to take the SUV home over the weekend, would NOT allow us to pay for those repairs until we brought back the car so he could check to make sure the problem was in fact the oil filter. I have never had such a great experience with car repairs or a dealership. This is where we plan to take our vehicles to from now on.
