I knew how much I wanted to pay, how much the car was actually worth, etc. I was pre-approved with a check in hand. Adan was my sales consultant. He was fine. But when it came to negotiating...he laughed at me. I told him my out the door price and he scoffed and laughed at me. I get it. Sales tactics, make it seem like the price I'm asking for is outrageous and I don't know what I'm doing. You're looking to make a commission and you have to work your hardest to get the best price for the business. It may work on others, especially women, but not me. It just pisses me off and I definitely wasn't budging then. He was training that day too...so I get it. You don't want to look bad in front of your trainee. When I got the price I wanted, he defeatedly dropped the paperwork on the table and laughed. Then had the audacity to ask me to write him a review. My finance guy, I'm sorry I can't remember his name was wonderful. He was playing respectful music (unlike another finance guy playing rap LOUDLY for all to hear) and had a desk with little trinkets from other countries he's visited. He didn't push me to purchase additional stuff. He asked and when I declined, he said yes ma'am. I know that probably goes against sales tactics, but it was respectful. The only reason I would come back, is for him. Additionally, quit telling people your registration will be ready in a week...Adan. I called today, a month later, and the receptionist said that a week NEVER happens and she has no idea why the sales guys tell people that. Be honest. I already bought the car...you don't need to continue telling me stuff that isn't true. When we came to pick up the car, Adan wouldn't even look at my boyfriend and say hello. He said congratulations defeatedly handed me the keys and basically walked away. I'm sorry I didn't give you the commission you wanted, but attitude is everything. Don't be a sore loser. Looking at the size of your ceilings and Christmas tree (he showed me on his phone at his house) you're not hurting for cash bro. Smile, be genuine, and have a good time. Thanks for the Christmas brownies though.

My vehicle has very low mileage, a great economical vehicle that has been well maintained. However, I only had liability, high probability the insurance would not cover my vehicle. The other vehicle, which came into my lane, left the scene. I was attempting to avoid a head on collision. No witnesses! Four days passed and my adjuster had not been in to see the vehicle. The local junk car dealer told me Eli's would be charging me a daily $20.00 storage fee; he was deducting that amount from the price he was offering me. With that information, I quickly decided to move the vehicle to a friend's house and wait for adjuster. When I arrived at Eli's, to meet the tow truck driver, I couldn't see my vehicle. I went inside looking and asking for my vehicle. I was very impressed with the staff. Even though the staff knew the vehicle was going to be totaled, they had moved my vehicle to a covered area because it was raining. The staff was protecting the interior of the vehicle. When I went inside the office to take care of the bill, they did not charge me for storage. All I paid was the wrecker fee. I was quite impressed with the staff. Hope you have a great experience with them as well. Diana E

When we started running the numbers they started talking about me having to pay taxes on my trade in which I knew was a red flag because it's part of the total transaction. Then they come out with the initial quote and they "forgot" the posted total discount amount so that was wrong. Then I start looking at all these add on costs. $500 for a lifetime battery. $200 for wheel locks. $1000 for a paint protector they already put on and will still need to do a second coat of. $700 for window tint. None of this was posted online. And it was conveniently not brought up at all in the initial convo or test drive (I would have laughed my ass off and walked away if someone told me I would be charged $200 for wheel locks and told me it was a dealbreaker, that they wouldn't take them off or remove the cost). None of this was on the main sticker, and again not posted online. Then they tell me they can't remove it because they would be out 3K. Okay, well maybe that should have been considered before you posted a discount amount online. You went too hard on the discount and now you are just trying to make it back with add-on fees and that is not my problem, nor should that be on the customer. They refused to take off even the $500 lifetime battery or $200 for wheel locks so I left letting them know I was not happy, not that I would have agreed to any of the add ons anyway and then FINALLY I get a text about oh I am very sorry I didn't go over those with you during the test drive, I usually do cover it when I start with numbers, it is technically on the windshield and its still a great deal for you! (I get a picture of the tiny print posted dead center in the middle upper section of the windshield...) They should not be allowed to post that big of a discount online without also posting what other add-ons will be added to the cost of the car if they are a hard limit. That makes the total cost they show you online false advertising. And even if they can get away with that then at least tell people when scheduling so you aren't wasting their time, because the back and forth sitting at the dealership is annoying enough. Long story short this dealership is false advertising their inventory online, and scamming people with add-ons to fix their bad calls. NOT TO MENTION WHO THE HELL WOULD PAY $200 FOR WHEEL LOCKS, WTF?!

It's no surprise to me that this place has only two stars. It's unfortunate that they had what I…read morewanted because if I could have found it anywhere else I would have gone there. I feel like I got a good deal on my purchase, probably could have negotiated more but it seemed fair and I needed a vehicle stat. Vehicle had some issues that eventually I figured out how to solve on my own in their parking lot. Their car detail service sucks. I feel that it should be better where they get in between the seats and wipe down the interior including the windows, I was just really let down they said it would look new. They proved to me that if you want something done right you have to do it yourself. I'm the kind of person that would give exceptional service to any of my clients regardless, but in this case especially if they were making a large purchase. I'd go above and beyond and make sure that all my departments offer top notch service. That's how you get client retention. They seemed only willing to help or do their best as long as I promised to buy, or buy again from them. Dimitri is awesome though. He was literally the only good thing about my experience. I think he did the best he could, and went above and beyond as far as he could. He deserves a raise. Overall, my general feeling about this place is they are a bit shady and it sounds like everyone is afraid of the GM. ‍ P.s. I named my car after the GMs wife, (that's a whole story from my experience all on its own) It suits my vehicle and my pettiness knows no bounds.

My service advisor was reliant on the text system features rather than helping. I noticed that the…read moreoil change approval said it was discounted to $18 then once it's complete, the charge is $80. Once that's done, I don't hear anything about the changes and/or estimated time to work needed for a recall. I have to pop onto the link that states work in progress for over a week then, when I try to call to get more information... I still don't see anything until I text and call, call and text, (no reply no answer)... and see a billed about waiting for approval or decline. I try again and again to get a hold of service advisor and only after back to back calling, I get another advisor who answers and I wait 20 minutes before Rolando comes on to tell me the same information I see on the app. No explanation, just a repeat. I have to dig and poke and prod to get information about his non-effort to run this through warranty. When I asked about the recall and warranty, he stated he couldn't call to see if the coolant part would be covered. I told him if it's a coolant problem then it's connected to the recall overheating problem, "did you try calling to see if the damaged part could be covered?" He said he did not & cannot. Then I ask, "well why isn't this covered by warranty?" He said it's not and cannot. I asked, "did you call and explain?" No ma'am I can't do that. WTH?! My vehicle has been sitting there for a month and all it took was a 15minute call to get Jeep to tell me it was covered! Jeep asked me why the service advisor said it wasn't under warranty when it indeed was. I have no answers other than he's lazy and didn't want to work. What is a service advisor if they're not advising?Jeep said the service that was being billed is indeed covered by warranty. Rolando was attempting to get me to pay over $1k for the work and $229 for the diagnostic. I'm definitely not happy about the carelessness and the fake compassion , "yes ma'am, no ma'am, I'm sorry I don't meet your expectations, I apologize you feel this way." It's a seemingly undignified way of still not doing his job. They're a service shop for simple oil and air filter changes. THATS IT.

It took about a week and a half to repair, and while we did get the car back, it has been one issue after another ever since. I understand the vehicle had over 150,000 miles, so some repairs are expected. However, the transmission has now failed again, and the situation has only gotten worse. The finance company they work with refuses to refinance or offer any reasonable solution. Instead, they are pushing us to either surrender the vehicle or take on another $20,000 loan with even higher payments. They are unwilling to work with us in any way, including adding repairs to our existing payment plan. What makes this even more concerning is that my sister had a very similar experience after purchasing from the same company--constant issues that never seemed to be properly resolved. If you're in a desperate situation with poor credit, this might feel like an option. But if you're looking for a reliable vehicle and a company that stands behind what they sell, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere
