I tend to read reviews prior to visiting any business and I opted to make an appointment to ensure I would have time to browse and shop. I was in Houston just for the day (came in from Austin) and my Cartier visit was amazing. My assigned SA, Anita Pucino, sent me a text 30 minutes prior to my appointment. To my surprise, I had arrived a tad earlier than expected. I was greeted straight away and brought a glass of champagne as I waited for Anita. My wait was not long, perhaps 10 minutes and Anita walked over to introduce herself. Anita helped me grab my belongings as we walked over to another seating area. Lo and behold, I instantly fell in love with the Panthere de Cartier watch. Truthfully I've been eying this piece for some time but wasn't sure on the size model as my wrist is small (around 6 inches). Ultimately, I went for the Medium size and had three links removed as I prefer my watch to sit below the wrist bone. I still have wiggle room for the watch to slide but not excessive (ex: if I move it it will fall past the wrist bone and rest on my hand). Overall solid experience from the front door staff, to the attendants who served champagne, and to Anita Pucino. Thank you for making my first visit a memorable one. I came in to pick up a gift and had a very disappointing experience with my sales associate Moy, OLD ASIAN woman. I was specifically looking for the Love bangle in my size, but she repeatedly tried to sell me a different version instead. When I clearly stated that I was not interested and only wanted the item I came in for, she then suddenly "found" the bracelet in my size. Throughout the visit, her demeanor was cold and unwelcoming, as if I were inconveniencing her. I came in with my family, and they were equally shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer service. As a loyal Cartier customer, this experience was extremely disappointing especially since this was my first visit to the Houston location. I've consistently had excellent experiences at other locations, particularly Beverly Hills, and will continue shopping there instead. I walked into the boutique and was made to wait for service for almost an hour and having to request assistance several times before being helped. Others who were not people of color walked in and received prompt service shortly after arriving. I was looking at possibly purchasing a Cartier love bracelet but not now. Jake was able to answer all my questions and ensured my item was delivered to my house as discussed. I received an email from Jake on Monday and received my package by Thursday. Call the sale lady hoping to exchange for a bigger size, She says they don't let me because I put it on walk out the door. It's considered worn, how ridiculous. This review is way over due. My wife has cut back on her bag addiction and has moved onto different "drugs". Lately it has been jewelry. The top of that list is Cartier. She started out with a love bracelet, and came back for a matching one. Since then she has added on a necklace, and her most recent purchase was a nail bracelet. Each and every single time the transactions have been smooth. We generally know what we want to purchase upon entering so the salespeople really just need to get the item and let us try it on. Most of the items we have purchased have been in stock and we were able to walk out with it the same day. I did get myself a tank watch and that was on backorder, however the sales person texted me when it was ready to be picked up. We have never had problems with appointments. I know sometimes we do have to wait outside if the store is too full or inside until a salesperson can get to us. But most of the waits have been less than 10 minutes. I feel this is a reasonable amount of time to allow us to browse around. Most of the time they do give us a disrete white bag to bring out our items as well. The parking garage does give a ticket, but was told at this time they are not charging. I would imagine later Cartier should be able to validate parking. read more

Initially it was supposed to be take 2 weeks for the service but it ended up taking 5 weeks. It took forever and anytime I reached out through email they took their time responding back. I've been shopping with my mom at luxury stores all my life, all over the world and this by far has been the WORST experience in my life. I have two Cartier bracelets so I'm not new to the brand and the experience I had overseas has been exemplary. This particular store will never get my business, nor will I ever advise anyone to go there. When we walked in, I was replying to a work email and the security goes, "no pictures". I immediately snapped at him that I wasn't taking pictures and responding to an email. As we walked further in, we noticed the other security guard follow us. My sister asked him if he was ok and why was he trailing behind us and no one else in the store and he said wasn't following us. Then, we had to wait and ask for help since everyone there purposefully seemed to not want to help us. The woman who begrudgingly helped us, seemed so disinterested and barely wanted to get the bracelet for me to see. I was so over the experience and walked out the store. It's disgusting how these store clerks treat CERTAIN people and look down on you when in reality, they are no better and if they didn't work there, wouldn't have access to spaces such as that. While my experience here wasn't terrible, it definitely didn't stand out either. The official Cartier website states that appointments are only recommended, but there was a sign in front of this store stating that appointments are required. We called to see if they could schedule us in last minute and were told over the phone that there was no available slot for another hour. The lady we spoke with also mentioned that we were free to browse the store without any appointment. We decided to go with the browsing option since waiting an hour didn't fit into our schedule. However, upon entering the store, that same lady we spoke with over the phone was managing the front of the store and said that she could actually schedule us in for an appointment within the next 15 minutes--a welcome 3rd option that we took. After browsing the store for 15 minutes, our service advisor came out and introduced herself to us, also asking whether we wanted anything to drink. She was polite and nice, but it felt like she was just going thru the motions & following the script instead of being genuine. I did appreciate that she was patient with us the entire time we tried on different pieces, especially since she had to make multiple trips for different sizes. While it's nice to try on the jewelry in-store for sizing, this experience doesn't entice me to want to come back in the future. I highly recommend this cartier location! Getting an appointment was pretty easy and once I arrived staff was quick to help me. I ended up buying a ring and the checkout process was efficient. After getting home and testing it out with my other jewelry I decided to return it and the return process was easy and quick. I was able to do a walk in return right in the morning and it went smoothly. There's tons of other shops and restaurants in this area and a free parking garage as well. We were in Houston visiting over the Valentines weekend and we decided to go into Cartier to look for some jewelry. We had the best experience ever. Everyone was so nice we tried on a bunch of different bracelets and rings. Denise helped us and she was amazing. She was very patient since it was our first time in a Cartier store. She gave us a ton of information on sizing and styling and what to expect in terms of wear and tear, depending on which style we chose, which I had no idea.We settled on three rings. And could not be happier. They are beautiful pieces and the customer service here was amazing. I will definitely be calling her when I'm ready to buy more. I had a terrible experience at this Cartier location. I purchased Juste Un Clou jewelry from a Las Vegas location with an amazing SA but realized shortly after that the size was too small. After flying back to Austin, my fiancé and I drove from Austin to Houston on my birthday to make the exchange. Not only was the sales associate in Houston terribly rude (ex. asking me to unbox everything and once all jewelry, certs and receipts were removed from the envelopes he told us to move everything over to a table and didn't offer any help knowing how much we had to carry over), but he also brought us over to a desk for checkout that had USED champagne glasses still there from the previous customer and did not remove them. To top it all off, we went to Cartier on my birthday to celebrate together and thought it would be special to have my birthdate on the certificate of authentication. I noticed when we got back to Austin that he wrote the wrong date on the certificate. Overall, a special and memorable gift was tainted because of this associate. He was a tall-ish, older male. Rosie was the representative that helped me find a wedding band for my wedding and she made the entire process feel like world class service. After trying on numerous rings to get the sizing right we ordered it and the ring was delivered a week later. When it arrived, the ring was fitting much to loose so when I contacted Rosie about the issue she immediately resolved it by having me come in to try on other sizes and we ended up exchanging the ring on the spot. I never once felt pressured into purchasing anything and never felt that I was a bother to her.
