We came in looking for something special for my husband's birthday and walked out with far more than a ring. Joy Eclroy helped us choose a C de Cartier band and was a joy in every sense of the word. Friendly, patient, and genuinely excited for us. Then came the surprises. A bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates, all on the house. The ring was wrapped by hand and finished with a beautiful wax seal, a touch that made the moment feel truly special. Before we left, she recommended a restaurant for our celebration dinner. I had never heard of it, and the food was simply amazing. She clearly knows how to take care of people well beyond the sale. Luxury is supposed to feel like this, and Joy delivered it perfectly. I'll be back, and I'll be asking for her by name. read more

The experience was really good today. The staff member who assisted us was super attentive, efficient, and kind. They have a really wide selection of pieces, but sometimes, certain color options are sold out (usually the yellow gold), especially because Mother's Day and graduations just finished up, so they may not have the exact item you want to purchase in the store. read more

Popped into Cartier for service needs only. Despite being extremely busy in store, Jake Vasquez helped me quickly. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Jake was able to answer all my questions and ensured my item was delivered to my house as discussed. I received an email from Jake on Monday and received my package by Thursday. There's valet, metered parking, or free garage parking. Cartier is located right at the entrance of the garage near Hermes and Toulouse. read more

I tend to read reviews prior to visiting any business and I opted to make an appointment to ensure I would have time to browse and shop. I was in Houston just for the day (came in from Austin) and my Cartier visit was amazing. My assigned SA, Anita Pucino, sent me a text 30 minutes prior to my appointment. To my surprise, I had arrived a tad earlier than expected. I was greeted straight away and brought a glass of champagne as I waited for Anita. My wait was not long, perhaps 10 minutes and Anita walked over to introduce herself. Anita helped me grab my belongings as we walked over to another seating area. Lo and behold, I instantly fell in love with the Panthere de Cartier watch. Truthfully I've been eying this piece for some time but wasn't sure on the size model as my wrist is small (around 6 inches). Ultimately, I went for the Medium size and had three links removed as I prefer my watch to sit below the wrist bone. I still have wiggle room for the watch to slide but not excessive (ex: if I move it it will fall past the wrist bone and rest on my hand). Overall solid experience from the front door staff, to the attendants who served champagne, and to Anita Pucino. Thank you for making my first visit a memorable one. I can't wait to add a few more pieces. read more

I came in to pick up a gift and had a very disappointing experience with my sales associate Moy, OLD ASIAN woman. I was specifically looking for the Love bangle in my size, but she repeatedly tried to sell me a different version instead. When I clearly stated that I was not interested and only wanted the item I came in for, she then suddenly "found" the bracelet in my size. Throughout the visit, her demeanor was cold and unwelcoming, as if I were inconveniencing her. I came in with my family, and they were equally shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer service. As a loyal Cartier customer, this experience was extremely disappointing especially since this was my first visit to the Houston location. I've consistently had excellent experiences at other locations, particularly Beverly Hills, and will continue shopping there instead. I hope corporate considers additional customer service training for this store employee. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. read more

How they treat African Americans and other people of color. I walked into the boutique and was made to wait for service for almost an hour and having to request assistance several times before being helped. Others who were not people of color walked in and received prompt service shortly after arriving. I was looking at possibly purchasing a Cartier love bracelet but not now. I will be looking now at Tiffany Hardwear bracelet. I urge people to shop where you are treated with respect. read more

This review is way over due. My wife has cut back on her bag addiction and has moved onto different "drugs". Lately it has been jewelry. The top of that list is Cartier. She started out with a love bracelet, and came back for a matching one. Since then she has added on a necklace, and her most recent purchase was a nail bracelet. Each and every single time the transactions have been smooth. We generally know what we want to purchase upon entering so the salespeople really just need to get the item and let us try it on. Most of the items we have purchased have been in stock and we were able to walk out with it the same day. I did get myself a tank watch and that was on backorder, however the sales person texted me when it was ready to be picked up. We have never had problems with appointments. I know sometimes we do have to wait outside if the store is too full or inside until a salesperson can get to us. But most of the waits have been less than 10 minutes. I feel this is a reasonable amount of time to allow us to browse around. Most of the time they do give us a disrete white bag to bring out our items as well. The parking garage does give a ticket, but was told at this time they are not charging. I would imagine later Cartier should be able to validate parking. read more

Came here to repair a watch and to replace a band. I thought the service was OK. I scheduled an apt but wasn't attended till 30 minutes after. Initially it was supposed to be take 2 weeks for the service but it ended up taking 5 weeks. It took forever and anytime I reached out through email they took their time responding back. I wasn't impressed with the experience. read more

I was here and buy 2 love bracelets in 2 different tone size 17 go home less than 24 hours thinking it was a bit small for me. Call the sale lady hoping to exchange for a bigger size, She says they don't let me because I put it on walk out the door. It's considered worn, how ridiculous. I told them there's not one scratch on it, also it's an exchange not return, they don't care and again this is less than 24 hours after I purchase it. Horrible!!!! read more

While my experience here wasn't terrible, it definitely didn't stand out either. The official Cartier website states that appointments are only recommended, but there was a sign in front of this store stating that appointments are required. We called to see if they could schedule us in last minute and were told over the phone that there was no available slot for another hour. The lady we spoke with also mentioned that we were free to browse the store without any appointment. We decided to go with the browsing option since waiting an hour didn't fit into our schedule. However, upon entering the store, that same lady we spoke with over the phone was managing the front of the store and said that she could actually schedule us in for an appointment within the next 15 minutes--a welcome 3rd option that we took. After browsing the store for 15 minutes, our service advisor came out and introduced herself to us, also asking whether we wanted anything to drink. She was polite and nice, but it felt like she was just going thru the motions & following the script instead of being genuine. I did appreciate that she was patient with us the entire time we tried on different pieces, especially since she had to make multiple trips for different sizes. While it's nice to try on the jewelry in-store for sizing, this experience doesn't entice me to want to come back in the future. I'd rather just take my own measurements at home and order online, especially since Cartier offers complimentary shipping and returns. read more

I've been shopping with my mom at luxury stores all my life, all over the world and this by far has been the WORST experience in my life. I have two Cartier bracelets so I'm not new to the brand and the experience I had overseas has been exemplary. This particular store will never get my business, nor will I ever advise anyone to go there. When we walked in, I was replying to a work email and the security goes, "no pictures". I immediately snapped at him that I wasn't taking pictures and responding to an email. As we walked further in, we noticed the other security guard follow us. My sister asked him if he was ok and why was he trailing behind us and no one else in the store and he said wasn't following us. Then, we had to wait and ask for help since everyone there purposefully seemed to not want to help us. The woman who begrudgingly helped us, seemed so disinterested and barely wanted to get the bracelet for me to see. I was so over the experience and walked out the store. It's disgusting how these store clerks treat CERTAIN people and look down on you when in reality, they are no better and if they didn't work there, wouldn't have access to spaces such as that. It's 2023 and yet, I am made to feel unwelcome and ignored while shopping. Sigh. read more

I highly recommend this cartier location! Getting an appointment was pretty easy and once I arrived staff was quick to help me. I ended up buying a ring and the checkout process was efficient. After getting home and testing it out with my other jewelry I decided to return it and the return process was easy and quick. I was able to do a walk in return right in the morning and it went smoothly. There's tons of other shops and restaurants in this area and a free parking garage as well. Overall if I needed another piece from Cartier I wouldn't hesitate to use this store again. read more

My appointment was at 11am and I walked in 10 minutes early. Moy (older Asian lady) was my sales associate and as you can see in previous reviews she is the worst at Cartier Houston. Her attitude since the moment we walked in was horrible and dismissive. She showed me about 3 rings and made rude comments how my fingers were so thin and ring would not "look ok". She kept sighing as if we were taking up her time and made me and my husband feel so uncomfortable. If I took the time to make an appointment is was because I was ready to purchase. I walked out, did'nt gave her the sale and rather ordered online now that I know my true size. I advise you not let her be your sales associate if you are spending that amount of money for terrible service. read more

Oei Moy is the lady helped me today . She is very very rude , bad attitude . The worst of the worst customer service . I bought so many pieces from Cartier but never get treated like today . Moy you walked away and never come back to tell us we can go so we sat there and waited for you . If we don't ask other to go look for so we can ask you we can go or we need to pay for the repair you will just let us sit there for hours . Let me tell you , you just work there you do not own the company so stop acting like you own it . Shame on you , you do not deserve to work there among other nice SA . read more

I was visiting from out of town and I had scheduled an appointment to view a few items at this Cartier location. I arrived on time and the staff greeted me as I walked in and I was able to explore the store before my appointment. My sales associate who greeted me by name ended up assisting me with several items I was considering for my collection. I ended up buying a new Love bracelet in Yellow Gold. I also had an older Cartier bracelet that the Sales Associate was able to send to the technicians for polishing which will be returned to me by next day mail once it's completed. The service at this store is excellent and the SAs really take the time to help you acquire what you're looking for. It was really a great experience. read more

We were in Houston visiting over the Valentines weekend and we decided to go into Cartier to look for some jewelry. We had the best experience ever. Everyone was so nice we tried on a bunch of different bracelets and rings. Denise helped us and she was amazing. She was very patient since it was our first time in a Cartier store. She gave us a ton of information on sizing and styling and what to expect in terms of wear and tear, depending on which style we chose, which I had no idea.We settled on three rings. And could not be happier. They are beautiful pieces and the customer service here was amazing. I will definitely be calling her when I'm ready to buy more. I would highly recommend Denise, she was very sweet and welcoming which made us feel very comfortable, and I will definitely be calling her soon. read more

Decided to purchase a gift for my fiancé. She been wanting another piece to match her ring and bracelet set so we decided to stop by w/o and appointment. We were able to glance around. But in order for full service we went ahead and made appointment for another day. Return following week. This time they allowed her to try on a lot different jewelry. We end up purchasing gift she picked out. While waiting they allow us to hang out in vip back room. Overall great experience. Be sure to make reservations! read more

Visited this store for a present while traveling in Texas. The service before, during and after my purchase was excellent. I was assisted by Jesus Guerrero who was professional, helpful and friendly throughout. The experience and product quality was so good, I decided to visit the Palo Alto store when I got back home, but that's another review. read more

I had a terrible experience at this Cartier location. I purchased Juste Un Clou jewelry from a Las Vegas location with an amazing SA but realized shortly after that the size was too small. After flying back to Austin, my fiancé and I drove from Austin to Houston on my birthday to make the exchange. Not only was the sales associate in Houston terribly rude (ex. asking me to unbox everything and once all jewelry, certs and receipts were removed from the envelopes he told us to move everything over to a table and didn't offer any help knowing how much we had to carry over), but he also brought us over to a desk for checkout that had USED champagne glasses still there from the previous customer and did not remove them. To top it all off, we went to Cartier on my birthday to celebrate together and thought it would be special to have my birthdate on the certificate of authentication. I noticed when we got back to Austin that he wrote the wrong date on the certificate. Overall, a special and memorable gift was tainted because of this associate. He was a tall-ish, older male. I believe he also wore glasses. I understand that he may have not made any commission on this transaction, but the lack of care was extremely apparent. read more

When making future purchases, it will never be with Jesus at Cartier, and I will not recommend Jesus to anyone that I know. Went in to Cartier to purchase a new replacement for my lost ring and also purchase a Juste un Clou bracelet for my birthday. We had a scheduled appointment with Jesus, but had to cut it short due to bad attitude, rudeness and condescending tone. He was not pleasant and very short in conversation. He was not interested in explaining any of the purchase I was interested in getting. This was by far the worst experience I've had at Cartier or any luxury store for that matter. It was so poor that my husband and I booked a new same day appointment with Damon. Damon was extremely helpful, huge wealth of knowledgeable, and comforting. I will be using Damon exclusively moving forward as he possess the attributes and provides the experience I have grown accustomed to in high end read more

This was the first time I was treated without respect. The sales representative that was assigned to my wife and I had to leave us for a few minutes every time we were selecting a watch, pretending they did not have it "anywhere in the USA" (perhaps in another country...). Horrible customer service. So bad I just walked out in the middle of my appointment which they couldn't find by the way. For one I came 10 min early. I had to use the restroom and was pointed in the direction no problem. But as soon as I got back to the front Another customer asked to go to the restaurant and they asked someone to walk them back to it. I'm not going to say it's bc of they were a different race but perhaps. Anyways I came to look at rings the employee she asked me which one I wanted never told me anything about what my options were. Let me try on a ring and immediately put them all back instead of getting a jewelry tray and letting me see the options I said I liked. She acted as if she halfway wanted to help me. So I just decided to leave. Worst experience! read more

Went to Cartier yesterday to look at a rings. We were treated very rudely at the door. Did not have an appointment but not one customer was in the store. Magically the receptionist said there was a cancellation and to come back in 1 hour. They texted in 30 minutes and said they were ready. We were so rushed looking and trying on rings. After looking at rings for about 5 minutes we were scooted over to the check out table before we were done making up our minds. My friend bought a ring and I was contemplating a platinum and diamond band. Got home and looked up the ring on the Cartier website. Found it but it is white gold and not platinum. Either Jesus the saleman is a liar or it was an honest mistake. Either way, not what I expect at a high end jewelry store. They can keep their ring and snooty attitudes. There are plenty more stores to shop in. read more

Anita was amazing. She was very thorough and kind. We will definitely be back to visit her.

I am typically not interested in writing reviews but the experience I had at Cartier was second to none. Rosie was the representative that helped me find a wedding band for my wedding and she made the entire process feel like world class service. After trying on numerous rings to get the sizing right we ordered it and the ring was delivered a week later. When it arrived, the ring was fitting much to loose so when I contacted Rosie about the issue she immediately resolved it by having me come in to try on other sizes and we ended up exchanging the ring on the spot. I never once felt pressured into purchasing anything and never felt that I was a bother to her. I got the sense that they genuinely cared about what I wanted and worked with me to get the prefect wedding band I was comfortable with. If you decide to go with Cartier for any of your jewelry needs I highly recommend Rosie at this location. read more

Very disappointed in the way this store took care of me, it took a month to get my watch serviced because the watch maker was out for 2 weeks. I asked them what can they do to make it better for the inconvenience they told me I wouldn't have to pay. A week later they tell me I do have to pay and they added another week!!!
