I first went here 8 years ago on a recommendation from a friend to turn my grandmothers diamond…read morering into a necklace and it came out absolutely gorgeous. It's truly stunning and still shines like the day I picked it up. I've held on to some of my grandmothers pieces for 30 years, lived all over the country and waited until I moved back to Houston to bring these other rings to be resized so I can look down and remember my grandmother is still with me. There's 9000 jewelry stores in Houston, but if you want something custom made, and feel weary about who you can entrust a family heirloom to, bring it here. I only have three tokens of my grandmother left after all of these years and I've entrusted Sethi's with all of them. All the things that I would grab if my house were on fire, I've left with them, that means trust and a customer for life. I'm certainly not a high roller, I'm just your average nurse who works really hard and wants to treat myself every once in a while to something pretty, but I've always been welcomed like I'm the only person in the store when I come in. I think everyone has that experience here and why they have such loyal customers. I can't wait to see how they fixed up an 80 year old ring today. I think I might even treat myself to another piece of happiness when I get there. Update: came out better than I even imagined. And I treated myself to something I'll cherish forever.

I was gifted one back in March, but I had an unclasped/loose link, which made my necklace fall apart twice. I came in asking if there was anything that could help remedy this or if they could just fix the issue really quick, and to my surprise they replaced my necklace with a new one! The two ladies were extremely nice and helpful, despite us coming in really late and even offered us bottled water. The customer service 10/10 , and I recommend stopping by their store to find some cute and dainty jewelry that won't break the bank!

I would definitely recommend checking out this location if you are a jewelry girlie (or gent) as they have hundreds of pieces at great prices. Even thought there were dozens of people shopping, I was greeted fairly quickly and helped by Brittany one of the jewelry sales reps. She was very patient and helped as I browsed through options and answered various questions on the clarity of stones, designers etc. I ultimately decided to go with the cluster ring shown in my picture which I am still so excited about! I absolutely love it (18 carat gold, with small diamonds, and various gemstones like emerald, topaz) and again got for a really awesome discounted price. They're adding new pieces to the sale daily, fun to check out!

Had a really disappointing experience with IW Marks. Came in as a new customer in December to have…read morea 2013 Rolex GMT serviced. It was sent out and came back many months later and all was well. Upon my return to pick up my GMT I found a new Rolex DJ 41 that I was excited to purchase along with some new jewelry for my wife. These were my first purchases from the store. All was good until I found smudges on the dial of a brand new Rolex watch. Came back in less than 30 days to politely ask for a refund and management declined saying "they already called Mr Marks and all they could do was return to Rolex for who knows how long and for them to fix it." Meaning now they have to open a brand new Rolex case and movement and repair. Surely this could have been refunded or even store credit and returned to Rolex as a problem and tried to work with the new Rolex customer and clearly a Rolex enthusiast on obtaining a new piece of some sort. Customer service is lacking here. All I was offered was a bottle of water upon leaving the store without my new watch and the inconvenience that is incurred. No "How can we make this up to you?" or "What can we do to make this right with you since you're clearly unhappy about your experience" Needless to say new customers should be warned. Especially given their top notch reputation. And reputation of Rolex Authorized Dealers. A detailed letter will be sent to Rolex as well. Will update here when my Rolex is returned to me... Update- so received my watch back from Rolex Service a few weeks later. All is well with the new watch. Still very annoying to go thru this with a new purchase from IWmarks. On a side note they were able to lengthen a necklace that I purchased for my wife from here. And they did this free of charge as promised when I purchased the necklace. So I upgraded to 3 stars.
