    I've been to this location before, but this is the first time I'm doing a review. And I was lucky to find parking right in the front. There's also a lot of parking outside, but if it's busy, it might take longer to find a spot to park What you will be purchasing is excellent value. Both times, I was having a repair done. Although this location has been busy the two times I've been in, it's always welcoming when you walk in. If it's busy, don't worry; the staff is very attentive and kind. Plus, browsing and looking at the jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, and fragrances helps this time fly by, or you can have your bill get longer, either lol. As I write this, I can't think of the guy who helped me, but he was great, and the conversation was engaging. He helped me make my selection easily and without a rush, which always helps. They have different areas out where you can sit and wait. Please remember that this location is in a busy area with a lot of foot traffic, and you might have to wait longer than expected to share it as a courtesy. But whatever you buy, you will enjoy, and if you need to switch or ask more questions, the staff is accommodating

    I'm really pleased with my purchase and level of service I received at the Cartier Boutique. I had been carefully researching a replacement wedding band and decided that the gold Love band would be the ideal dream ring for me. Once I decided on which ring I wanted, I made an online appointment and had no problem getting the time slot that worked for me. I booked about 2 weeks out. Once I booked online, I received an email confirmation, and was able to add a reminder to my calendar. The appointment is important as I am certain they have occupancy limits and would want to provide a higher caliber of service. Appointments make sense when dealing with a jeweler so they can be attentive to your questions and provide a comprehensive selling ceremony. At this level of retail, this is what you should expect. No rushing. When I arrived at the boutique I was warmly greeted by the concierge and was invited to look around while Alex, the associate with whom I was booked was notified of my arrival. Per my request we looked at the Love wedding band, and she showed me some other rings from the collection as well. When I decided on the ring, I also got fitted This was really important to me since I had lost my last wedding band due to it fitting improperly, since I had purchased it online. Then, we walked back to the desk where payment was taken. I was also offered a beverage and asked if I would like the ring wrapped. While I declined a beverage, I did ask that the ring be wrapped. All the while Alex was very personable and attentive. She also included some fragrance samples with my purchase. Overall, really enjoyed my experience here and I love my new ring! So long as you are making that online appointment, you should be able to get the attentive service you would expect from a brand like Cartier.

    I had a great experience at this Cattier store! Although I purchased my watch at a different location they went out of their way to assist me. I made an appointment ahead of time and dropped my watch off for repairs, due to some time keeping issues. From the moment I stepped into the store everyone I encountered was extremely helpful. They gave me a 4-5 week timeframe and my watch was back on my wrist in just a few weeks. A great store with lots of fine items. They have other items beside jewelry. Don't overlook their perfumes, scarves, leather goods and home goods. While picking up my watch I noticed some cute sunglasses and purchased those as well. They wrapped them so pretty for me and I was out the door in no time! Parking can be a challenge, but it's a busy spot!

    I come in every couple months to change the color of my chord before every new vacation I go on, the service is always amazing and they're always so kind and helpful when I ask them for a new color or when I ask them about other pieces of jewelry. I have shopped at other locations in different cities in the past while on vacations and I have to say, from my experiences, no locations have topped this one!

    If you're looking for an amazing sales associate ask for Barbara! She's so helpful. She takes the time to help figure out what looks good on you and what fits you the best! So glad I read the Yelp reviews and decided to ask for her. Make sure you call ahead and make an appointment.

    They always have all the models and take good care of you, so I always feel great when I go there. They are much friendlier and provide better service than other stores in different areas. I highly recommend.

    I did a walk in for sizing not knowing I needed an appointment and upon walking in I was greeted by Zee who was so sweet and helpful. She put my name on the waiting list and got me in within 30 minutes. Zachary helped me with sizing and was very informative on the different options I had. I was a bit nervous due to the reviews, but as long as you're respectful there should be no reason any of the representatives would be rude or snotty to you. I was observing other people being taken care of and everyone was really nice. Thank you Zachary!!

    Tried to go in to buy an engagement ring today. Already knew what I wanted and just wanted to go in and buy it. Was told I couldn't until Monday with an appointment.......I have to wait 4 days to go in and make a purchase.......? No thanks, I'll go to Tiffany instead. Horrible business practice, I guess it's by appointment, which is fine, but maybe state it online so people don't drive an hour for nothing? The irony is that all the appointments I saw leaving left empty handed.......I'll take my money elsewhere from now on. Update: Ended up going to Tiffany's and got outstanding service.

    It's Cartier, what else is it to say. My issue with this place is getting in. They do appointments but they are hard to schedule. The jewelry is top of the line but to not be able to get in is annoying. 3 stars only because I like their gold and the way they wrap it.
