When he arrived, he immediately got the battery jumped and I took off to the the auto store to have it checked. There was no cost since my insurance covered it. I've used Gatton's in the past and have always been treated with respect and their response time has been within an hour. So grateful they work even on Sundays. Highly recommend.

They were very professional and arrived quickly. James, the driver, assessed the situation and made quick work of getting our vehicle on the tow truck and delivered it safely to the repair shop we requested. The office staff folks I spoke with were also professional and polite and helpful. They sent me the receipt the next day so I could request a reimbursement from my insurance company.
