Not only did Mr.Lee take the time out of his day to call me back and leave a voicemail, he also gave me a time of when he could be at my home to help! We were in search of something a little quicker (outside of his area) so we told him maybe we can call him back if we decided we needed his services. Well, Mr.Lee ended up calling us back! He had a reference to someone who was closer to our location who could help us in a quicker time! His reference "Juan" was on time, extremely helpful did everything in a timely fashion! We had an appliance that we purchased with our pickup truck get stuck in our backyard on a wet day. We had also called a service closer to our house who told us that "they could not help due to the fact that they could also get stuck on the wet grass". No fear!!! As he is letting the car off the flat bed tow truck...the car went rolling off of the flat bed and damaged my gate. I have filed a claim against them. I have spoked to their insurance company and they have told me that the business owner have not reached out to them or have any contact with this company, but for some reason he can text me about my claim but ignores his insurance company. FYI, the picture of the tow truck driver is literally the driver that dropped the car. And the same phone number for TG towing is the same number of this K&R towing as well.
