I booked an appointment to dispose of an old fridge and a small flat screen tv. When they arrived, they quoted me $99 to remove both. It was not until the items were in their truck that they said they "FORGOT" to include an additional fee for the fridge. I paid the total cost, but called and spoke with a manager who refunded the extra charge. ***as I indicated I wasn't sure which location serviced my pick up but one did. They do not know how to estimate (and if they are wrong they will add to the final bill - if they don't damage your home.)

My roadside assistance would not help because I did not have a spare tire, and did not need a tow. I called Little's and they went to Tractor Supply, picked up the tire I needed and came back and put it on the trailer. They were fast and definitely went the extra mile to help us out. Two other local companies refused the job because of having to go to Tractor Supply. This was a Sunday evening too!
