I love Carter's. I used to always shop at Carter's when my daughter was little. Went in here today after I visited Skechers. It is a big store and they have a lot of stuff. Fully stocked from newborn to toddler. I think their 50% off sale is going all year round since they are a factory outlet store. The store manager was proactive and going around to check on all customers. She made sure everyone is being helped. I ended up getting two sets of four bodysuits each, for a new baby. SO MUCH CUTE CLOTHING! I came here with my mother in law to shop for her granddaughter/my baby niece and the store was having 50% off everything - great timing!! There was a huge selection - Oshkosh b'gosh and carter's combined to make one mega store - and all the designs are adorable! Prices are very reasonable too. The door buster deals are truly amazing. I got an adorable space dachshund shirt that's usually $14 for only $4.95. There's everything you can possibly think of - sunglasses, swimsuits, warm clothes, summer clothes, pajamas, tee shirts, cute skirts, jeans etc etc. you'll be truly spoilt for choice!! I definitely recommend if you have babies/kids in your life and you're in the area. Located in San Clemente outlets. Love the fresh ocean breeze. read more

I will admit up front that my experience at this Carter's was during Black Friday so my experience might not be the best of examples. But I still feel like I need to share it for any potential BF shoppers in the future. I came here because they were having decent holiday deals and with my son quickly growing out of his clothes, we decided to stock up. It was apparent very quickly that the store was being overwhelmed. The fact that it is a Carter's on one side and an Osh Kosh on the other wasn't helping. They had just 2 registers open for the entire store and the checkout line was insane. I got in line while my wife shopped. Over a half hour later, we were just a few spots away from checkout. That's just insane. A store as big as this needs to have more terminals to help guests. There's no need to wait that long. They should have known that this would be a busy shopping day (especially being located at an outlet mall!) and prepared accordingly. read more

She has a ready smile, outstanding knowledge of her inventory and pricing, and goes out of her way to deliver amazing customer service!!! Great store! If you have kids and/or babies then you need to come here! It is located at the San Clemente outlets and is connected to the OshKosh store. The clothes are just like the ones at their non-outlet stores and are super cute!!! I love Carter's clothes for my kids (kid and baby). The prices at this store are amazing!! You can buy so much for so little! You can also join their rewards program: earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. Over a 6 month period, earn 75 points and get $10 reward! read more

Bella was an angel. I was just browsing around and she explained to me all the offers they were having when asked. Carter's and Osh is connected toghether and the discounts applies to both. Really disappointed with horrible lack of service at Carter's/Osh Kosh today. I spent $200 on toddler clothes and used coupon since I'm an avid spender with this chain. Ten minutes after buying, I needed to exchange one pair of pjs since they were wrong size. I waited patiently in line as new hire, Maryann was ringing people up while trainer person, Iris basically ignored helping. When it became clear the new person was struggling with the exchange and continued asking this other associate for help, she (Iris) just continued to ignore her and kept taking people in line behind me. I patiently waited while she assisted four people behind me and was clearly annoyed at having to assist at all. I mistakenly requested to add another outfit to my purchase but was told if I wanted to add it to my existing coupon I'd have to return everything I just bought and start over. Fat chance when just exchanging one item took so long since she wasn't willing to assist. I'm truly baffled why she couldn't just do an over ride for the discount which is what she finally told the new sales clerk to do. Sorry Carter's but you just lost out on a sale and a lot more business moving forward. There are too many other places to shop for my grandchildren where customer service matters. read more

This store is so adorable! It's located in the San Clemente outlet mall. My baby girl is almost 3 months old so I find myself frequently at Carter's. Her whole wardrobe is pretty much from this store.. They have adorable clothes at good prices. The Carter's clothes that they have another retail stores are not as cute as the ones that they have in the actual Carters store! I also like that the clothes seem like they are high-quality and well-made. They often have things at 50% off or even more. They have onesies, full outfits, shoes, accessories, and everything like that. If you sign up for their emails there are coupons pretty much every day for 20% off your purchase which I always take advantage of because it makes everything a lot cheaper. The employees who work here are really friendly and always come up and ask you what you were shopping for today, let you know of any special sales, and see if there's anything they can help you find. It is connected to Oshkosh bgosh so the store is huge! read more

This Carter's has customer service down! Every time I come in, they are overly helpful! They offer to check sizes and inventory before you ask! The store is organized and easy to find what you need!!The manager and staff deserve a high five for quality training, patience, and friendliness. High five!!! Hahaha. read more
