Breakfast bagel - bacon, egg & cheese
    Madison R.

Cute small business nuzzled in heart of Fort Worth, service Was nice professional and quick, food and drink - I had breakfast bagel with bacon (4/5) and Vietnamese iced coffee (4/5). Breakfast - they don't carry brisket anymore just an update. Drinks- they have so many options which is great ... I think I would have enjoyed another drink a little more if I would have pushed out of my comfort zone and tried one of the specials. The ice coffee was good and sweet but not very strong. I think maybe some details on their menu (descriptions) especially with the specials would be nice. Definitely put on the list to try out next time you are around the magnolia / forest park / Ryan place area of Fort Worth.

I'm HOOKED! * I visited the Drive Thru Stanley location at Carters the other day. I got an Iced Caramel Macchiato & a Brisket, Egg & Cheese Sandwich. My goodness, that brisket had to have been from heaven because I've never tasted anything like it before! My drink was made to perfection. The Husband got an Arnold Palmer & a Bacon, Egg & Cheese sandwich. I just kept hearing him say Mmmhmm mmmhmm, over & over again! If you've had bomb food before, you know what that sound means lol. I wish I could get this delivered to my door everyday, but I'm too far . 10/5 Bless Ya Food folks!

Absolutely made my day today, customer service is unmatched. The coffee never disappoints also. (:

Cute little hipster place with friendly employees but they do not offer skim milk or 2% milk. They also don't do pup cups. They had a very limited selection of seasonal specials and available syrups that were posted on their board (in exceptionally small print) which made it difficult to order. Overall a little lackluster compared to other coffee spots in the area, but worth a stop if you're wanting to try somewhere new and none of the above bothers you.

Holy Moly! This was a perfect Sunday pick me up! I went for the coffee and will go back for the brisket egg and cheese bagel! I work in the area and never knew this gem was back here. I didn't feel like trying anything too crazy so I stuck with my cold brew. It was great! And I was hoping they had breakfast tacos, but what I found was just as good, if not better! The brisket, egg & cheese bagel made me think I had died and gone to heaven. Not all briskets are created equal and this one proves it. Perfectly smoked. So much flavor. Left me full but also craving more! The sandwich was perfectly cheesy and there was an awesome spice kick to it! I will be back!

iced honey latte & bacon, egg & cheese on brioche bun

staff is super friendly and nice, guided me through the menu when I was confused. Ordered an iced honey latte and their bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on their brioche bun. All of it was so yummy & super reasonably priced. loved the sandwich- the bun was super soft and sweet, mixed with the savory bacon & egg + their sriracha. Go check this place out!!!

Awesome coffee truck! I finally stopped at this truck, and I'm so glad that I did. This was my first time trying out the coffee, but I just have to give 5 stars for great service, excellent coffee, and homemade -- YES house-made/homemade coffee syrup (Carmel, vanilla, and mocha)!!!! Normally, I don't add syrups to my coffee, but I had to try Carter's house made syrup. I had an iced caramel latte with oat milk that was so good I drank it before I got home. It had the perfect balance of espresso to syrup. I also indulged in a pulled pork taco that was filled with delish smoky, tender pork. The house made red and green salsas complimented the taco nicely. Everything was so good that I forgot to take pics of my actual coffee and taco. Ha! I'll take pics of the food and drinks during my next visit. Carter is very nice. He takes pride in his offerings, and you can taste that fact. There is plenty of parking near the truck. You can't miss it. He is a block or two from Lettuce Cook and right across from Heim BBQ. Truck hours are M-Sat, 7AM - 2PM. He also offers pastries for sale.

    Always appreciate good signage.

I'm thrilled to find a local coffee shop with a drive thru!! If you feel like chilling have no fear! Carter's has a cute little patio for just that. The current special is the cinnamon roll latte which is delicious. I've also had the caramel latte which is equally as tasty. The coffee is smooth - nothing bitter. Their breakfast sandwich is delicious with egg, cheese, Sriracha mayo and chives on a Hawaiian sweet roll. Bacon and/or brisket can be added to the sandwich for an additional charge.

This was a fun visit. First time at this drive thru coffee spot. Loved this idea of having an official drive thru set up for this coffee location. The aesthetic and vibe is very urban and cool. I visited with my friend and we parked our cars in the nearby empty parking lot and drank our coffees from there. The neighborhood leaves much to be desired but I can see why the location works! I ordered a medium cold brew with oat milk and their famous breakfast sandwich (Hawaiian sweet bun, Sriracha mayo sauce, chives, egg, bacon). The coffee itself was average and not very memorable, but the sandwich lived up to all the hype! Best thing I never knew I needed! I would return here just to get this sandwich, it was that good! I would likely return and try a different coffee on their menu. Prices were fair and service was friendly and quick.

Just came through the drive thru real quick and 10/10 would recommend! Got the iced latte and a breakfast sandwich! Very good! Will be back!!

One of the best coffee spots. Love that it is now a drive thru coffee shop. I've been a customer since it first opened up in the River District. Great customer service. I highly recommend the Vietnamese iced coffee and brisket breakfast sandwich.

    Burger buns inside out

Great service just over priced. I'm all about supporting small businesses but this is ridiculous, a sandwich bun inside out with 2 slices of cheese not melted, I added bacon which was missing on my $6 bread and cheese.

So yesterday (10/3/2012) Keller had it's first pop-up food truck event. I was very happy to catch wind of it, for I'm usually late to the party when it comes to events. In attendance were Gastro Bomber and So-Cal Tacos (http://www.yelp.com/biz/so-cal-tacos-fort-worth). My plan was to order something from each truck, one as a way to show support, and two, well because I'm a glutton and wanted to try both. I looked over both menus and came to a decision. From GB it was going to be the Chicken and Waffle Sandwich. I've been wanting C&Ws forever, from anywhere, and tonight was finally my night to try this item. The first thing to point out is it was not really a "sandwich" unless you want to stretch it and call it an open-faced sandwich. Second, it was not a full-sized waffle, but rather something rectangular. It consisted of three pieces of boneless chicken and a drizzle of maple syrup. Cost, $8. It was very good. The chicken was tender and the waffle delicious. What I noticed, and confirmed, is that there is corn meal in the waffle batter. I was told this is the Southern twist they like to add to there food. It was like Belgian cornbread. Yummy! Now I will add my wife's comment, which seem to be true of all food trucks, is that the cost to quantity ratio seems to be a little high. Three large tenders on essentially half a waffle for 8 bucks seems a bit much. Now I came up with a new take on the cost and that is this; One, your getting to try something new and somewhat unique. Two, and here's the kicker, your bottom line cost is perhaps a bit less than if you sat down in a restaurant. If tips are expected at food trucks, I did not see any obvious vessel for the cash to go in. You can bring your own drinks, and thus your bottom line for a unique dining experience really is not bad. I for one am glad this came together. I was excited when I learned that Keller might be getting it's own food truck park, and was disappointed when I learned the plans were not approved. Somehow I think Keller's loss will be Roanoke's gain (Actually Corina T., aka the "shark lady", who I met at this event said that). From this point forward I will keep track of food trucks coming to Keller, and there are definitely a few more items on GB's menu I would like to try (Irish Nachos, Shepherd's Pie Croquettes, Fish and Chips, Picanha Sandwich). PS. If you missed it, they will be back in the same spot (at the CVS at the NE corner of 1709 and Rufe Snow) next week, 10/10/2012 from 5 to 8PM. One quick tip: Do bring your own chairs!

It's hard for me to step outside of the box sometimes, especially when you've got whack food-allergies. Let me enlighten you on these Churrasco Street Tacos. The tortillas are fresh and not bland, the meat (I've tried both chicken and beef skirt) is seasoned generously and just right, the shredded lettuce is bright and crunchy, and they definitely don't skimp on the cheese! Plus there's a fantastic "keymayo" sauce mixed in; a tangy citrus delight that isn't overpowering but definitely takes these tacos to another level. If you're one of those folks who hates mayonnaise, that's fine, but try not to dismiss everything it's ever in. It's an awesome base for creative accoutrements like Whats Cook-N Chef's keymayo, and I think you'll love it! That sauce is good for more than just tacos, it makes the perfect dip for the homemade fried plantain chips you'll want to order at this food truck. These little wafers of joy are sweet, salty, crispy, and delightfully warm. Ahhh. Dunk them in that cool keymayo and you've got an unbeatable pairing of flavors! I've had the opportunity to meet the head chef of Whats Cook-N Chef, Javier, and he's excited about his business and dedicated to serving authentic Latin cuisine that'll impress your palate. Right now, there are only two items on the menu (besides fried plantains and chips): the Churrasco Street Tacos and Churrasco Sandwiches. Whats Cook-N Chef is keeping it simple, genuine, and absolutely delicious! Keep an eye on their website to see what location they're at, and go try it out ASAP.
