One employee helped me sort through racks for a specific outfit I had seen online on their registry, but that I could not find once I got to the store. I had been searching for a skirt that I saw advertised on Instagram, and Cat was absolutely amazing. She was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful in tracking down the right size for me. Her exceptional customer service made all the difference, and I just wanted to recognize and thank her for going above and beyond. You are lucky to have her on your team! Ok--so I'm a guy reviewing a boutique for women. But I like browsing for things to surprise my wife…read moreevery so often. And there were plenty of things in here at a decent price. Decor is wonderful, changing rooms are the most beautiful changing rooms I've ever seen (I should get some pictures next time I'm in there, they're neat). Makes this place certainly a little hidden gem. I browsed for what feels like a pretty long time, but only ended up getting a candle cause I only meant to pop in to see what the store was all about. Me and my wife are kind of regulars at Rocky's Pizza (same shopping plaza) so we've seen it and wondered what was inside. Well now I know! Certainly blew me away. I already mentioned the decor, but the general displays are nice as well (I work in retail, I can't help but be impressed by that). I was the only person in the boutique, but luckily I wasn't hounded. There was one person working there--didn't catch her name but she had long black hair and a nice sense of style herself. She was very pleasant and friendly. Also packaging was cute (pictured). :)

Bizarre experience. Do not recommend…read more I am visiting from DC and love a good children's boutique. I saw that this alleged boutique was close to our hotel, so my 4 year old daughter and I walked over to have a look. From the moment we walked in, a young woman seemed to be looking over us at every turn. It didn't dawn on me for a while that she was someone who works there, actually following me, presumably for loss prevention reasons, for the precise reason that this HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME EVER BEFORE IN MY LIFE! Usually sales associates flock to me because, based on the way I present myself, they know they are about to make a sizable commission. This might have made more sense if I was dressed casually or something, but I guess they see a lot of thieves wearing Hermes and diamonds? A word of advice to the staff: you sell onesies; get over yourself. Oh, and your selection is very pedestrian; get a new buyer because your sales floor looks like literal garbage.
