Skipping all the unlucky details, Chris and Joe at Longman's Collision Centre treated us and our 2 cars more like family than the professionals they are! While we had to get multiple estimates and deal with the other parties etc. Chris at the front office was empathetic to our situation and made sure all our concerns were addressed and met.
