I have concluded that I am the most unlucky car owner, but luckily Chipmaster knows how to make it right. I had got into a car accident in December, as the car who hit me, ran a red. Both my right passenger doors were totalled, not to mention the bar between the doors was extremely dented. They did an amazing job repairing my car. I will insert before and after pictures. An inexperienced driver scraped my car bumper recently, and while upsetting, the first thing my wife thought of was Chipmaster. (I had my car fixed there quite a few years ago, and Ron and his team did an amazing job). I am glad I decided to go back there. Because the other driver would be paying for the repairs, I received another quote from a body shop, and it was double what Ron estimated! Since my car was going to be in the shop for a few days, I also had all the rust spots done at the same time. I have been meaning to get it done for a while. The bottom of the driver door was quite rusted. Ron suggested getting a new door; however, he asked how long I would be keeping my car. We discussed the pros and cons, and Ron was very respectful of my budget. My car was finished on the day that Ron said it would be, and it looks fantastic. The workmanship is the best, and the color match was spot on, no pun intended. When my wife dropped me off to pick up my car, she asked Ron for an estimate on her car. It had several rust spots as well. She made an appointment right there and then, and dropped her car off the following week. Her car was ready on the day Romel (Operations Manager) said it would be done. Once again, Ron and his team did an awesome job. My wife and I are very particular, we looked it over carefully, and it looks brand new! While this is just a little thing, my wife appreciated that Ron had her car detailed. The car mats were dirty with salt stains, and can be a pain to clean in the wintertime. Ron gave us some suggestions for maintaining the repairs, and he was very appreciative of our business. His shop is extremely busy, yet he always takes the time to talk with us, and is never in a hurry. My wife called Ron several times when our cars were in his shop, and he was always very courteous. I wish we had thought to take before and after pictures! I am very surprised at the negative reviews I read here. Ron's shop is extremely busy as I mentioned. I cannot fathom that Ron would even have the time to switch out car parts. Ron has a great deal of integrity, and I highly doubt he would put his reputation on the line. He has been in business for a very long time. I also know he would go out of his way to fix any problem that his customers "would" have. This is my first time at an Autobody shop and it was a great experience. I got a quote online, dropped the car off, and it was ready for pick up on time. They even cleaned the inside and outside. This was also the best price I could find, and the work done on my car was amazing, you can't even tell it was damaged before. Things don't always go right but Romel handled it professionally. I'd come back and do business again.

Brought my old car here for body work after it was rear-ended, needing repairs on the rear bumper, quarter panels, and trunk. The guy heading the work in the back - Romel - does not know what he's doing, despite praises from the owner (Ron). When I got my car back, the paint on all the repaired parts (other than the bumper) was hologramming badly, which is caused by using improper buffing/polishing techniques. It can be hard to spot, but I caught it immediately. I bring this up to Romel, who insisted ithat the paint needs to "settle", so "just give it a few weeks and it'll go away". Pretty much lied to my face to avoid redoing the work. I ended up taking it to a real detailer who fixed it within 30mins using the correct polishing compounds and pads. To past clients of Chipmaster: Check your paint! An easy way to check for hologramming is to look at the car panels under sunlight, or shine a very bright, white light on the paint. I had scratched my car against a concrete wall and had a few quotes from other shops that were too high (I used to be a claims adjuster) I took my car to Chip Master and they were really reasonable about the price and very transparent and honest. I got an amazing price and high priced service. The work they completed was perfect and my car was returned completely hand washed (even the floor mats) after two days. Your damn right! When the sun shines, it shines... I took my 2003 Lexus IS300 about 5 months ago to Chipmasters in their for a complete paint job. They charged me $3000. The workmanship was extremely poor as the paint job currently has pitting everywhere and the paint is cracking. The clear coat is peeling and the car is starting to rust. The car was rustproofed. If you want your car too look nice and bondo'd up then please take it to CHIPMASTERS... If you want quality, PLEASE take your vehicle elsewhere. Like I said you get what you pay for. THESE GUYS ARE BONDO KINGS. (ROMEL) I have plenty of pictures if Yelp or anyone wants to see them. I have since taken my ride to a reputable shop who has shown me that they did not paint my car the original paint color. They painted it a similar color. They showed me the crappy worksmanship of Chipmasters. I am currently in the process of getting it repaired with the same paint they used. So i dont have to fork out another $3000. Please be extremely careful going here. I had some work done and I found that they switched a number of parts. Also, some parts were also missing. I also found that they replaced good condition working parts with non working parts. How do I know, We found that they did not install it back properly. I never expected this from such a reputable shop. I ended up replacing some of the the parts they switched. Be very cautious as the price sounds good. Now you wonder why??? read more

I had a bad accident in a pitch dark neighborhood during the power outage of the Great Ice Storm. It was a head-on collision which resulted in a bent hood, skewed frame, and a broken bumper. I just got repairs done for my 2014 Mazda 3, a good ding on the rear panel and bumper from backing into an underground pillar, and i am very impressed with Chipmasters. Price was a lot cheaper than other places i got quotes from and they got all my repairs done in 3 days. My car looks and feels new since they also cleaned the inside as well. They repairs they did looks flawless too and has a lifetime warranty.
