I am, quite frankly, more than impressed. Two different cars, different issues and both jobs were completed to my utter delight. The first generated about $3K more for a trade after they performed miracles on concrete splashes that had dried and were embedded in the paintwork. The car was 14 years old and came back as good as new. The most recent, was a minor mishap with a concrete pillar. I took delivery of the vehicle yesterday and was floored to find that they had even detailed the interior of the car as well as making the 'mishap' as good as new. The car was in 'just delivered' showroom condition. Thanks Dom, Paul and entire crew. I am a fan, no question and would most highly recommend to anyone. Friends and family included. Keep it up guys. I own a Nissan Altima 2019 which had a recall for back camera. Before the recall was issued I had…read morecomplained to Nissan about this problem and they refused to address it. When the recall was issued I took the car to Nissan Morningside for the repairs. The problem was intermittent so when I took the car in, the camera was working and when I picked up the car the camera was also working. Drove for about 4 months and the problem reappeared. Took it to Nissan Morningside and they wanted $170 for a diagnostic saying that they did what the recall required. The recall was very explicit on what they were supposed to do. Tape the harness or replace the harness or both. I decided to investigate what they had done and they simply taped the harness and left the defective harness the same. It was obvious to me that there was a bad connection in the harness connection with the camera so I made sure the connection was good, put electric tape around to secure it in place and have not had a problem since. So much for dealer mechanics.

Tip Top was not my choice; I was referred here by my insurance company after I was T-boned by another driver. See photos of their work on my car. I was quoted $1,900+ to fix the back quarter dent and then to re-paint. When I got the car back, the paint job didn't look like it was completed and there was a definite line of demarcation between where they had polished and hadn't. It was as if they'd suddenly decided to stop polishing the paint job and weren't going to do anymore. The incomplete job looked like the car had a different back quarter, because of the difference in the paint job. When I asked them about it, they said there was nothing further they would do; that was all they promised for $1,900+. When I took the car to another auto body shop for their opinion, the other owner just shook his head and said that this was a sloppy job that no professional in his field would have done. Oh, and there was a still a faint visibility of the dent. The sloppy return of the car also had yellow tape still attached to the underside, as if Tip Top couldn't be even be bothered to properly remove all the tape and markers before returning the car to its owner. And it came two days later than promised (and no phone call to explain--I had to call them and ask, "So, what's up?") No reason at all to recommend this place. None.

We had some scratches on a back door and a good scrape on the front bumper. I went in and Joe looked it over, and he gave me two prices, best case and worse case. He said 2 to 3 days to fix. They fixed it in 2 days -- closer to the best case price, cannot even tell there was anything ever done -- looks just like brand new again -- Thanks Joe! BTW they also fixed the car when some guy backed into our bumper and made a real mess. They are reasonable, up front and do a great job. Don't be afraid to come here -- they will look after you "right"!! (BTW they are recommended by a number of insurance companies included TD Insurance -- maybe for a good reason!!! :-) ).
