I've never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully in my life. From the woman at reception to the men in the body shop. Their attitude was abhorrent. They clearly didn't want to fix my car. They didn't even do a thorough diagnostic. I had to point out the damage. My car was hit by an elderly person exiting a plaza, damaging passenger side front panel and wheel - resulting in suspension damage as well as body. Joey and Sandra were great with all the Covid-19 protocols in place when I arrived with the tow truck. Follow-up from Joey was better than my insurance company. Work done on my vehicle was very nice. However the front line person Sandra was not so nice. She did not return phone calls or emails when requested to do so. No niceties at all from her. No salutations like good morning, good afternoon, please or thankyou or have a nice day. She made me feel like they did not want my business. Others working there were kind and courteous. I came here through my insurance. They highly recommended me this shop and at first I was skeptical because I already have a guy that does a great job. So Brian took care of me the entire time, asked me what happened and checked out the damage. He gave me a quick estimate but obviously that was only the exterior visual damages. He got me hooked up with the rental car and drove me to the place to get my rental. Nice guy, he is.. When I got my car back, it looked brand new. Everything was fine nicely, but haven't checked the inside of it. I assume it should be ok since taking the car out for a spin, it seemed normal. Picking up the car was easy too - went in, got my name, took my rental keys and gave me my key and off I went. Great job guys! read more
