The next day, she takes my car to Costco and my car gets hit by someone carelessly rushing out of a parking spot!!!!! Skipping all the unlucky details, Chris and Joe at Longman's Collision Centre treated us and our 2 cars more like family than the professionals they are! While we had to get multiple estimates and deal with the other parties etc. Chris at the front office was empathetic to our situation and made sure all our concerns were addressed and met. Behind the scenes, Joe was amazing from the initial analysis ensuring our cars were still safe to drive until the work could be done, to the final product where everything was done immaculately (along with some extra detailing and cleaning which was much appreciated!) He was patient in explaining their Corrosion Free rustproofing product, which was drip-free and offered 18 months of warranty protection against salt and liquid de-icing. This spray was favoured over competitors on MoneySense based on a high success rate. And the best part? It's eco-friendly and doesn't require drip holes to be drilled at all. Antonio showed me which key regions of the vehicle's underbody were sprayed as being most susceptible to rusting. A final coating was applied to finish and then the warranty papers were provided.
