Don't go to this place, I made the mistake of going to them after having a front end collision. They priced the estimate for 3x the estimate of another body shop and my insurance estimated the damage. They proceed to total out my vehicle and charged me over 2000$ to retrieve it. I talked them down to around 800$ after discussing it with them. They proceeded to hand my vehicle back with the entire front disassembled leaving only a hood and engine exposed. The gentleman who helped me out when I first arrived to the shop was really friendly and helpful, I believe his name is Chris. He was up front about estimates on price and time it would take to get my car fixed. However, there was an error made when I came to pick my car up, and I was charged over $1,000 less than I was supposed to be charged. I had assumed the insurance company paid them the rest (because that's how it works) otherwise they would have asked for the remainder of the money. Fast forward a couple of weeks later and "Wanda" from R/C Collision is calling me at 8am after my overnight shift to rudely and unprofessionally tell me that I "need to pay them the rest of the money" and I "need to take care of it." Which I happily would have done especially if she had been professional and said hello before coming down on me like she's scolding her teenage grandson. After I explained the situation and that I would need a new card in the mail with a different transaction limit to take care of this purchase (because I needed a new card) she ignored my explanation and said "yeah you need to take care of that now just call the bank and they'll change it" (which they wouldn't I tried that). So after blatantly ignoring what I've just told her, the next couple of days were also filled with her early morning, condescending voice reminding me that I haven't paid yet, because i hadn't received my card yet. To sum it up, The owner seems like a great stand up guy and I'm mostly happy with the work on my car, but Wanda could use some professionalism and listening skills if she's going to stay on the phone lines for this company. read more

AVOID them at all costs!! I had an very minor accident back in Feb of 2020 and took my car the next day to RR/C to get a FREE estimate and well they DON'T DO THAT. The offer a repair plan and when you come in the automatically contact the insurance company and let them know you choose them for the repair shop. There way of getting all THAT INSURANCE MONEY. My car was dropped off May 26th for which I assumed to be fixed only to receive a call 2 days later saying I needed to come by and they could go over the damage and estimate. When I got there Mike informed me that the damage was more than 75% of the cars value(hmm seriously, it was a very minor accident)That right there was the first red flag! There estimate was $8,966.04 Secondly I go home and call insurance and was like what the hell, they inform me that RR/C wouldn't send the estimate and photos via email to them unless they sent them $199(but they already had a check for roughly $2900 already, hmm fishy) After 17 days of holding my car and fighting with insurance because they wanted to total it, I picked it up torn apart, no brake lights, no bumper and not legal to drive. Wrote a check out for there F*N $45 a day storage, 6 hours of tear down time and scan fees(totaling $1317.45). However before leaving I asked for ALL my parts and got ya we will gather them up. Long story but I ended up there 3 times to get all my parts. What body shop doesn't keep car parts off a car in the same area or in a designed area marked for that car? I feel like it was some way to keep me coming back. Also when the insurance company called to see about the check they had for $2900 they were told send us $500 and we'll send the full estimate and photos. WTF???? I took my car to 2 other local body shops only to find out this is how RR/C scams the insurance industry. As a business owner you should be ashamed of yourself for running your mouth to other body shop owners on how you scam and make all this money from insurance companies by doing unnecessary work and over charging. By the way the other 2 body shops estimates were less then $4000 and within a few hundred of each other)This was honestly the worst business I have ever dealt with. They seen my car and thought $$ and figured they'd buy it from insurance and fix it and make a quick buck or someone there wanted my car(and im sure I know who)I will attach photos to this review as well so you can see this was NOT a totaled car. I went to get an estimate for repairs on my boss's truck, and Bob the estimator refused to even give me an estimate. Told me that they had a 20 year cut off on doing estimates. The vehicle I brought in was a 2002 that was damaged in transport, so the transport company would be paying for it. His excuse was, he will never find parts to fix it, and that the best he could do is write an estimated price on the back of a business card. He said it would take him hours to do an estimate. That was the second place I went to, and I said Hours? The last place took like 10-15 minutes. He said, and that is what you would get, is a 10 minute job. I feel like that was really awful to degrade another business. The place I went to next, also only took about 10-15 minutes and just like the first place, they didn't have an issue finding parts. The last place I went to, I asked if they did estimates, and do they have a 20 year cut off and they said, Looks like you just went to RR/C. So I must not be the only potential customer who gets turned away. I get being a business owner and some jobs aren't worth the time, but I've never been treated so rude in my entire life. 4 Years ago I raved about how great they were. I had them work on my vehicle 3 times, so that was why I went there. I guess when you finally get busy and have too much work ,you can treat people like dirt. What they don't understand is that, this was not my vehicle, so if I ever need auto body repair or anyone else I know, I will never, ever recommend RR/C ever again. Discrimination based off how old the vehicle was, and probably because the guy thought I was a dumb woman who would actually take a price written off the back of a business card to present to the company who is paying to have it fixed.
