I told him I needed an oil change and the Hyundai dealer recommended to change the drive belts. He said they were busy, but he'd squeeze me in since I was from out of town. He called me back in about an hour with an estimate. Although it seemed a little high, after explaining how he came up with it, I agreed. I took my vehicle in on Wed. Todd was nice enough to drive me back to the motel, and then when it was finished a few hours later, came and picked me up. The total was less because they didn't need to put in a full synthetic oil. I appreciated his honesty, getting me an appt. in spite of being busy, and going out of the way to take me to/from the motel and how fast they did the work. They are very good at adding numerous expenses and "repairs that not only were not requested, but also not needed. They want a fortune to diagnose your vehicle. I asked for a new key fob and they talked me into brakes as well. I had several small repairs on my list I was curious about, wanting to know what it might cost to fix them. They added in a vacuum pump and turbo leak that were never mentioned at any time. $700 worth of parts and they tried to get me to pay over $6,600! When I told them again, I only needed the fob and agreed to the brakes, they still demanded over $1100! I refused to pay it! Communication there is non existent. Please be warned!
