Meineke advertised free tire rotations with oil changes so I booked an Apointment online. I showed up and spent about an hour. Everyone was pleasant to work with and speak to and I ended up paying only $50 which is at least $30 less than I've been spending on my Imprezas oil changes for the last 2 years. I've already recommended them to my friends and coworkers. Will definitely use them until we leave Casper.

I normally do not post negative reviews, but I feel the need to after my latest experience. 6…read moreMonths ago, i was driving to Casper from Glendo doing about 80 miles an hour when my 2018 F150 suddenly down shifted from 10th to 1st gear it was a pretty scary incident and the rest of the drive i slowed down. Took it to Greiner Ford there was no recall on that year there are numerous issues with that 10-speed transmission, and I spent approximately 8K to get it repaired. I picked up the truck and less than a week later I get a check charging system now message on the display. I took it back to Greiner because it seemed a bit of a coincidence that the alternator would fail after the transmission repair. I was told that my driver side valve cover had an oil leak, and the oil had fouled and damaged the alternator which was close to 3K to repair. They replaced the valve cover gasket (which i am pretty sure was replaced when they did the cam phaser recall just over 2 years before) and the alternator. Fast forward to this week as I was driving back to Casper from Glenrock I get the Check charging system now message again and the 2018 F150 started shutting down non-essential electronics. I scheduled an appointment with Greiner to have it looked at. I took it in they looked at it and told me the driver side valve cover had a leak and had damaged the alternator requiring replacement. I thought great I have a 24-month warranty on the work they performed 6 months ago it will only cost me a few days without my truck....BUT The service agent told me that they found a crack in the valve cover which they say caused the failed alternator and because it was not the gasket they replaced, I would be responsible for another 3K to have it fixed. I asked them if when the gasket was replaced could it have been the crack in the valve cover they missed they assured me it was not. I also asked if the valve cover was overnighted when reassembled they assured me it was not and after speaking with their warrantee expert there is no option for me other than me paying 3K to have this same issue (valve cover leak) repaired AGAIN. I waited a few days to post this review until my blood pressure went back to normal and have kept my anger under control while writing this. I feel I have been stabbed in the back by a company I have supported most of my adult life. I understand that by me switching brands will in no way hurt their bottom-line but would hope this review will be enough to sway readers to seek other options. This is not a coincidence, and, in my opinion, it is borderline criminal.

Everyone was super polite (Gotta wonder what the average customer acts like up here...) and even though I had to pay a bit for the tires, since I came in expecting a flat fix, the oil change and new tires came just in time for the snow. Rides really smooth now. I used to use another place in town, but ever since my wife got new tires put on her car here, I keep coming back. Service was fast, ate at subway and messed around in Wal-Mart till they were done.

Prior to this ball joint replacement i had NO performance issues what's so ever. This was evidently a result of their service. This was a serious and sudden shift especially since a ball joint replacement (suspension work) SHOULD NOT cause engine trouble directly. I would not recommend this location.
