Wes Holman greeted me in the parking lot with a huge smile and a no pressure helping attitude. I told him the truck I liked and within minutes they had my Keys in hand and a greet and meet with sales manger Matt Harvey. During my test drive I had a personal tutorial of the technology including features. I already knew what I wanted, but it didn't stop him from showing me more of the goodies the truck had to offer I had no idea about. After agreeing to purchase they went more than the extra mile to make me happy with a trade In value and while I wasn't aware the extra dealer incentives on top of the dealership discount still surprises me on the price of the truck purchased. Wes was so accommodating regarding my schedule and availability and provided refreshments while trade in values were found and negotiated. Sales manager Matt Harvey was super kind and only popped in for hellos and to do the most fast and streamlined paperwork closing in the last ten cars I've bought. Start to finish this was the simplest, friendliest, and all around easiest new vehicle purchase in memory. Our salesperson even came by our house to get documents that we needed to provide so that we wouldn't have to make the trip back to the dealership to give them to him. Then when we found out we had a brake issue in the new vehicle, they got us in for service an hour after I called them about it, we're unfailingly polite and friendly, went out of their way to keep my toddler entertained, and even offered to give me a ride to the mall so we wouldn't have to sit there bored while the work was being completed. They replaced my rotors and brakes free of charge. They've won this customer's loyalty. I will never buy a used car anywhere else in WY.

Their inventory was small and their staffing was not the usual on-commission pushers that we all fear. When we got there there was only their mechanic, who was working on a Subaru. I asked him about its price. He answered that they wouldn't know until he got everything working properly. The test drive wasn't chaperoned by dealers and the agreed price (for another Subaru) was "out the door" with none of the usual paperwork charge add-ons.
