This is my second review. Find my first one that tells the story. These people are not legit. Do not pay with cash or a debit card. And if you use a credit card, make sure you can get a full refund if you don't receive your merchandise. Contact the BBB, Casper Wyoming DA office, Attorney general office to get your money back. I'm posting this, because I have been put thru hell trying to get my money back, for merchandise I did not receive. Frazier refered my mechanic to this company, and honestly I do not think Frazier realizes how they do business. The whole business is one big joke. As a business owner I would never tell a customer what they want to here just to make money. These guys certainly need to grow a set and man up. Screenshot of just some of the emails has been attached You only get one star cause that's the only way to post read more

The engine is put together well that's the only good thing about this company. They don't answer the phone when you call. They don't want to give you a core credit back to you as promised in the contract. We had to dispute through our bank. The warranty maybe good, but you can't trust them for that. You may have a lawsuit because of that. They are an unreliable company. Period!! Sincerely, David Davis read more

I am still waiting on my core refund after I sent my core back in August of 2024, Richard Green make promises but don't keep them. I have talked with the DA office in Wyoming and Texas and I also is getting my attorney involved in the case. These people is a bunch of crooks, don't buy from this place. And also Greg Stingley made promises about the engine. read more

I was skeptical at first, but this company is great! I worked with Dustin to order my 5.3L remanufactured engine, and it was a breeze--definitely recommend! Engine runs like a top--thanks Powertrain Solutions team! read more

It has been 1 year since we ordered an engine from this company (Oct 2023), we were required to pay the full price immediately before the order could be entered. We were told our engine would arrive in a few weeks. After months of waiting, calling, and emailing, the engine finally arrived in February 2024. We returned the core after much difficulty contacting the company for the information. Now, we have waited 8 months to be reimbursed for the core. I have called and emailed quite often with no response. Obviously this company has difficulty following through. Now we just want our 1988 jeep Cherokee engine returned to us. Absolutely do NOT recommend this company! read more

If your reading this your most likely in a pickle with your vehicle and wondering if you should give them a chance regardless of all the negative reviews. I tried to give them a chance to do the right thing regardless of the reviews I read so I blame myself for getting in the situation. I can't say this loud enough DONT purchase anything from them, because they won't respond once they have your money to include not giving you a core refund for the old part which is like $400 once turned in. They purchase they parts from Fraser so just buy past them and cut out the middle man. There mail box is always full when trying to leave them message and when you text them they don't reply only when trying to get your business. For my fellow military members please heed my warning. The products are good but the customer service is the worse I have seen plus they are thieves. Sincerely Angry Customer read more

Worst company to deal with. I have been waiting 2 months on a transmission that was paid in full. Now I'm getting a hard time about getting a refund. Horrible company. I normally don't leave reviews, but this is definitely a scam. read more

I purchased a diesel engine from thIS company in early October 2023 with a $3600 core charge and a $600 skid charge, once my engine was installed and the core was returned they refused to credit my money back! Richard Green seems to always be unable! He will not call or text back after receiving my money.... PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more

The salesman was phenomenal up until you made the purchase. Once they have charged your card they ghost you. Next week will be a month since purchasing the engine. My problem is, I HAVE NO ENGINE... I can't get anyone to tell me where the engine is or even if it has been shipped... I get told call this number.. I call it and no answer.. I text it, no reply. I email, no reply. For the amount paid I could have rebuilt the original one. And probably even upgraded it. I'm also going to need to purchase a transmission.. but won't be from here. My advice to anyone else looking to buy an engine or transmission... Do your research. This isn't the company you want to deal with. read more

Because you cannot I repeat cannot get your core charge back I've been trying for weeks I know it's the end of the year but that's not my issue My issue is my core has been sitting at the shop for weeks but I'm still out my $450 core charge and I can't even get them to call me back I'd go somewhere else next time beware read more

I would like to take this time to provide a review of this company. While it is understandable that businesses are very busy, I found it somewhat frustrating in the time lag of communication from the Sales Manager. For prospective buyers, please make sure you are asking detailed questions concerning what you are purchasing. Don't rely on the language "Drop-out drop-in" or Turn Key lead you into thinking you are getting a rebuilt engine with alternator and starter included. We found this out the hard way. After paying $5199.00 for our engine, we discovered ours didn't come with the alternator and starter. Now, we are not regular buyers of engines, so this was all new to us. Out of the miscommunication, we put a dispute on the charge because no one took the time to tell us nor did we know to ask about the details. We think the salesman thought we understood his language, but clearly, we did not. This resulted in us receiving unkind emails and text messages from the salesman, prompting me to let him know this was inappropriate. We were trying to buy an engine for our vehicle. By the way, they don't tell you the miles on a used engine, it is based on A+ or other types of ratings. We own the engine. We purchased the warranty, but after reading other customers' reviews on their warranties, we are doubtful that if something happens to our engine, it won't be covered because the company will find some excuse to not cover it. Learn from our mistakes. Update: We had to call the company where the engine came from to get the miles on it. We were also told it came from a salvage yard. read more
