Prior to this ball joint replacement i had NO performance issues what's so ever. This was evidently a result of their service. This was a serious and sudden shift especially since a ball joint replacement (suspension work) SHOULD NOT cause engine trouble directly. I would not recommend this location.

They called because the sensors are a ridiculous $250 a piece. I really, really appreciated the head's up, and their feedback that the sensors would likely be fine for another year or so. Later, I took the truck in for a scheduled maintenance light. Again,they said that I was fine, and that they had done that maintenance last time I was in. I really, REALLY appreciate the honesty. It would have been easy to take advantage and charge, but they are professional and friendly.

We went to the 2 GM dealerships in town and they were only able to see me in 2-3 weeks, even though they knew we were 1200 miles from home. Their only recommendation was to go to the Toyota dealership across the street. We were lucky enough to find Dayton Transmission. We told Robert over the phone what our situation was and he told us to come in and see what he could do. Although he couldn't fix the problem he was able to do a transmission flush and change the filter which would at least help get us home. We asked him if there was anything near by where we could walk to eat or if there was a taxi service. He said there wasn't. Instead he did the most amazing thing ever and let us use his personal vehicle to drive to get lunch. Thank you so much Robert for being so kind and hospitable.
