He was up front about estimates on price and time it would take to get my car fixed. However, there was an error made when I came to pick my car up, and I was charged over $1,000 less than I was supposed to be charged. I had assumed the insurance company paid them the rest (because that's how it works) otherwise they would have asked for the remainder of the money. Fast forward a couple of weeks later and "Wanda" from R/C Collision is calling me at 8am after my overnight shift to rudely and unprofessionally tell me that I "need to pay them the rest of the money" and I "need to take care of it." Which I happily would have done especially if she had been professional and said hello before coming down on me like she's scolding her teenage grandson. After I explained the situation and that I would need a new card in the mail with a different transaction limit to take care of this purchase (because I needed a new card) she ignored my explanation and said "yeah you need to take care of that now just call the bank and they'll change it" (which they wouldn't I tried that). So after blatantly ignoring what I've just told her, the next couple of days were also filled with her early morning, condescending voice reminding me that I haven't paid yet, because i hadn't received my card yet. To sum it up, The owner seems like a great stand up guy and I'm mostly happy with the work on my car, but Wanda could use some professionalism and listening skills if she's going to stay on the phone lines for this company.
