We brought the car in as soon as they were open but by 5 pm it still wasn't done. We came back at 6 after they had technically closed and I couldn't believe what a horrible job they did, especially the outside. Half the car wasn't even washed let alone waxed but the worker talked to the owner and they didn't charge me for the exterior. But when I got my car home I realized what a bad job they did on the inside too. I waited to see if the owner would call me to try and remedy the situation but after a week or so I was forced to call him myself. He said that they would redo the job and even pick my car up and we scheduled another appointment for a week and half out. I thought well we'll see if he is an honorable businessman. But he flaked on me and never did the work. He did call me at the end of the day and give me some excuse but he only seems to have excuses and no solutions. When I was talking to one of the workers she told me that he routinely overbooks work so it's no surprise that they can't finish.

The great thing was that she drove me home after I dropped off the car and then delivered the car to my Mom once it was finished, which really helped us out. The detailing job is phenomenal. However, I would firmly seek an alternative option because; the SERVICE at 1st Class Details is HORRENDOUSLY UNRELIABLE! I speak from about 5-6 experiences over 18 months' time. You will have your appointment changed multiple times, will be unable to reach anyone via phone call or text. You will get ignored and then filled with excuses for days. VERY very flaky and UNDEPENDABLE. Also, his shop is always in a new location so speaking to him in person isn't an option. I just gave you a unit number for my address. She then proceeds to tell me that they are unable to do mobile appointments if the weather is under 60 degrees. One would think that would have been looked into before discussing the mobile service?! How was this not disclosed on the first call when we inquired about the mobile service to begin with?! On top on that, she was taking a personal call while in the line with me and asked me to hold while she spoke to her husband on the phone. Heard their whole conversation!
